    Depending on size.

The cheapest i had was 750 and the most expensive is 1500. Cleaning lang and nothing else.

I clean my own AC after.

Do they use soap or cleaning solution for split types? Parang water lang kasi ginagamit ng naglilinis. For window type I see them use a cleaning solution.

Soap lang at least sa nag service sa amin but you can request naman na take down cleaning for split type. Mas Mahal lang nga eh maraming work. Dahil ibaba nila indoor unit.

What I'm doing is spray the fins with this one before they clean it.

you just need to hose down the outdoor unit. akyat at tubigan fee.

hose and folding ladder if you want to do it your self. i would love to see women do these lol.

as for the indoor unit. I just wash the filter and vac the insides.

Many thanks for ypur replies. Im stil thinking if split type or window. Small room lang naman. I think 1hp is enough.
Yung diser na kausap ko when im looking at kolin window type, r32 daw yung refrigerant na ma phase out later on. How true?

Tried Idec last year. Ok nama yung aircon nila na split type. Sadly yung installer and staff mukhang may conivance. They will convince you to place the outside unit far para babayaran mo ang extra tubing at 400 pesos per ft. Mas priority ng installer mapa haba ang tubing kaysa sa maayos at malinis na installation.

i'd consider their recommended placement, if i see logic in it.
i might even be the one to insist on it!

Ikaw pa rin naman masusunod eh. Ako one of our split type yun outdoor unit 40+ feet yun ng tubings dahil I want it to be hidden from outside view.

They don't recommend das but I insisted. So far Wala naman problema.
