Why do Marcos lovers always point out the number of infrastructure projects. Have they ever thought how many years he was dictator? And how much control he had over everything, no questions asked?

Yep that's how they see it.
It's what they saw and turn a blind eye on everything else.

Much as the Ferdinand E. Marcos haters turning blind eyes to what are happening after 1986 where in fact, they are already the living witnesses.
Ayan si tanda, si ***y, at si pogi. Si Pandak arrested, si Erap pardoned. Tsk..tsk. Nasampaham ba ng kaso si Apo?

I just can't rationalize people giving more importance to plain Talker than a Man of actions and accomplishments, tsk. There are still people who are blinded/brainwashed by yellow media, and what their idol just had to do were to change names of projects and programs of the true achiever, or even acquired [for their cronies, family] those supposed projects for Filipinos. These people are happy being ran now by Oligarch, lol.

Freedom? Democracy?
I just saw this article, kaka-post lang ng Rappler, mainit-init pa. Please find time to read. Anyway, mabuti 'to nang magkapalitan tayo ng kuro-kuro.
Too much freedom
quoted from the article
"Then came the dreaded unsolicited advice: “ I think Filipinos have too many freedom. In Singapore, if people want 10 things, the government just give six. Only what’s good for us. Filipinos want 10 things from government and not happy if they don’t they get all. Too many freedom not too good.”
Some erudite political/socio-economic analysts share the taxi driver’s insight. They favor a more commanding and authoritative leadership style, like that of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew and Malaysia’s Mahathir Mohammad."

Yung mga squa-squa na wala pinag aralan ay maiintindihan ko kung bakit ang dali nilang mauto.
Infrastructure daw... Abay magkano ba ang perang nag laro dyan.
Authoritative leadership style daw... Abay ano ba ang ginawa ni macoy nung panahon nya.
