ODA loan yang CCT. Just like a lot of projects are ODA-assisted e.g. SCTEX, Mandaue-Mactan Bridge, EDSA-Q. Ave Interchange etc.

Lawyer's claim: Napoles prays 'Hail Mary' 2,000 times day
By Coconuts Manila, 9 Aug 2014
We only have one reaction to this: "What the hell!"
"According to her lawyer, Atty. Stephen David, alleged pork barrel fund scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles, who is still in an isolation cell in Camp Bagong Diwa, prays the 'Hail Mary' about 2,000 times daily," reports Tetch Torres-Tupas on Inquirer.net.
David explained that "Napoles believes that when God is with her, she will not falter."

In the Know: Conditional cash transfer scheme
Philippine Daily Inquirer1:15 am | Tuesday, June 25th, 2013
The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), which was started in 2008 by the Arroyo administration, is a conditional cash transfer (CCT) scheme that provides money to the country’s poorest of the poor.
The program provides its beneficiaries monthly cash grants of up to P1,200.
The money is provided as long as the beneficiaries comply with certain conditions, such as regular visits to health centers of children 14 years old and below and the maintenance of a class attendance rate of at least 85 percent a month for those who are enrolled in day-care centers or schools.
The 4Ps is the first nationwide program to directly hand over cash to poor Filipinos.
The program was given P21 billion from President Aquino’s first national budget in 2011. The amount was raised to P39.4 billion in 2012. For 2013, the government has proposed to spend P44.25 billion for the program. For the year 2014, what is the proposed budget for CCT?
For 2014, the Pantawid Pamilya proposed a budget amounting to P62,614,247,297 to cover children aged 15-18.

So far si Duterte pa lang, to some degree, medyo malapit dito. Kahit anak niya di niya kinampihan noong malaman niyang nalulon sa drugs. Kaya rin ganon na lang galit niya sa mga pushers.
Kahit pulis sinasampal niya kapag nahuli niya gumawa ng kalokohan. He's willing to fight and die for what he believes in.

Kaya the logical and reasonable thing to do come election time is, most of the time, choose the lesser evil.
For me kahit isang count lang boto ko at least masaya ko na masasabi sa sarili ko na hindi ko sinayang ang maliit na karapatan at pagkakataon.
Sana yung mga sobrang pessimist maging OFW na lang. Hehe
