    Kahit Huwag na psych records and mistress, personalan na yan eh..ibalik na lang Sa issue maglabas Si Penot and corona ng SALN and waiver sa mga bank accounts..

    MANILA, Philippines?President Benigno Aquino III is worth nearly P55 million and is P4.8 million richer since becoming Chief Executive last year, according to his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) for 2010.

    His motor vehicles are among his personal and other properties which amount to P33.16 million. His other assets are cash on hand and in banks worth P6.22 million; receivables of P17.03 million; and other assets valued at P1.20 million.

    The President?s real properties were valued at P22.07 million. These consisted of a residential lot in Tarlac City, agricultural land in Tarlac City, agricultural land in Capas, Tarlac, a house and lot in Quezon City and a commercial lot in San Juan City.

    These put his net worth at P54.99 million, up P4.80 million from P50.19 million when he assumed office on June 30 last year.

    coder, ano ba sagot ng defense kung bakit undervalue lahat ng properties ni Corona sa SALN? saka bakit hinde naka declare mga deposits niya? nahihilo na ako sa mga TRO and kung ano nung pautot eh..nasagot na ba nila ng diretso dahilan?

    Zonal value yung palusot ng defense regarding sa mga properties nya. Ang mali ni Corona dun eh me 3 columns ang SALN pertaining to Assessed Value, Fair Market Value, at Acquisition cost. Correct me if I'm wrong. Ang purpose ng assessed value is para sa taxes.

    Sabit na agad si Esguerra sa palusot nya regarding fair market value dahil according to him kumita daw si Corona ng 26M+ sa sale ng dalawang property na ang fair market value na nai declare combined is 6M lang.

    Regarding the bank deposit eh move to squash lang talaga pag asa nila dyan. Unfortuanetly the "Fruit for the poisonous tree" won't apply dahil yung annex documents were not even marked as evidence.

    Yung sinasabi nilang pera daw ng Basa-Guidote yung 3 aacounts na nai close nung dec 2011? Patay si Corona dun, subject sa kaso yung pera na yun and it was paid in trust to his wife but it end up in his name. Walang board resolution yan, at according to him never daw syang nakialam sa Corporation na yan. Even Atty. Esguerra cannot explain why did Corona's wife close those accounts on Dec 2011 at the time when Corona was impeached in the house.

    Mistrial diskarte ni Corona sa SC ngayon. Sorry sila sa jury system lang nag aapply ang mistrial hindi pasok sa Impeachment trial yan.

    Sisingilin ni Enrile si Corona regarding sa $ accounts nya when the time comes. Nail in the coffin para kay Corona yang dollar account na yan pag nagkataon.

    They should, invoke lang naman ni Umali ang inter-parliamentary courtesy dyan tapos na. Besides bat naman pahamak ng prosecution whistle blower nila. Hindi naman na kailangan mag testify pa si small lady dahil documentary evidence naman yung i offer ng prosecution.
