Daza is competent and he projects a calm aura of competence and confidence, whereas Tupas gets visibly flustered when things don't go his way.
Daza can hold his own against Cuevas. While he can't do anything about the merits (or lack of) of the case, at least the prosecution won't look like a bunch of blathering idiots in the public eye... and he might even be able to sway some of the Senator judges... though we know most of them have already decided which way they're voting.
Good that De Lima knows how to handle herself,. though the weight of her testimony is not very strong without participation from anyone inside the SC. With the denial of the subpoena, it remains to be seen if any will voluntarily testify.
