so.. for subpoena... but not offered as evidence.. and yet.. even without offering as formal evidence.. lumabas na na may mga balances... kung hindi ebidensya, bakit hinayaang basahin yung mga balances? magka issue pa mamaya kung admissible o hindi... but since nai air na... immaterial na kung admissible or not... again. papasok yung political ba ito o judicial process...

naku hindi po ako lawyer. yung issue regarding admisability eh hindi po pasok yan, dahil the annex will never marked as evidence.

yung parating sinasabi ng defense na fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine eh di rin pasok yan dahil hindi naman criminal case to at hindi i offer as evidence ng prosecution yung annex. now the issue on whether the annex are fake or not is best answered by another forum.

but you have to understand the position of the defense. honestly mas madaling cite and technicaliities para ma quash ang bank subpoena than saying it was not the money of corona. plus the defense has promised to enrile that they will submit the details of dollar account in due time.

Sheesh, I understand that the lawyers among them might not have practiced in a while, but what was the point of getting private prosecutors if they're just as incompetent as the congressmen?
