I think 50-70 percent of the people of the world are prone to some addiction of some sort

Gadget addiction
Alcohol addiction
Car addiction
Expensive things addiction
Maniac or Nympho seks addiction
Workaholic addiction
And then Drug addiction


Whether we create a police state or a communist or authoritarian state, drugs will be always be sought after by a percentage of people, either by illegal clandestine means or just create a supply network as what the Drug king Pins are doing

Now, there are two kinds of drugs users, responsible drug users are the one who use it for work: like showbiz, being a soldier, or Just a VP of a company who is in charge of human relations.

Let ma take the soldier example: in the norse age, meron tinatawag na Berserker, vikings took drugs before ransacking a city.
