    Ah, the ever-credible Trillanes

What ever happened to this, any updates ?

First of all, a big Thank You for serving the nation sir. I mean it.

Now if you will allow me to address your points.

So, what would be a "boss" worth emulating by your standards ?

Would you rather Duterte say "I love drugs" ? How would you have preferred Duterte handle the huge fiasco at Customs involving shabu ? Or would you rather the government actually put a complete stop to its anti-drug crusade ?

As I've said, the "gifts" statement was already explained by Malacañan, do you need help comprehending the nuances or are you now just sloganeering ?

Regarding his speeches, that's simply just how Duterte talks. You don't like it ? There's a mute button, use it. Some people prefer to see action from their leaders more than words, and some, apparently people like you, cling on to words in an obsessive-compulsive way.

You mentioned working in government under past presidents. How would you compare Duterte with all of them ?

Who said it was Trillanes? Did you even read that article? It was from a COA report. Or do you need to know what COA means, inspite of your knowledge of Malacanan nuances?

And if you understand what I wrote, there is no need to be "pilosopo".

Educated and enlightened people on the other hand, know better. They see through his deceit almost instinctively. They know it's all smoke and mirrors. All talk and no action. Sadly, there are a lot of them gullible people out there.
All talk and no action ? What about the EJKs then ?

According to people from your swide of the fence, Duterte is responsible for that, right ?

    So, action ?

Hmm, gee..."educated and elightened people" know better eh ?

So, if I want to have the appearance of being "educated and enlightened," I should see through his deceit ?

So this is reduced to a dichotomy ? Educated and enlightened against Duterte, gullible for him ?

Wow, I bet you're fashioning yourself as belonging to the first group aren't you, you little smug you ?

But isn't that a little bit too simplistic for someone as educated and enlightened as you ?

Tell me, what is your idea of good government ?

This new guy is obviously a troll, possibly an alternick of OB again. He only thinks in binaries: black vs white, Digong vs Dilawan, Anti-tokhang vs Pro-drugs...

Wasn't it Trillanes who filed the complaint ?

    Quoting your link--

"Thursday’s complaint says ghost-employee salaries in 2014 cost Davao City P708 million ($15 million) and that a 2015 Commission on Audit report questioned the lack of documents to prove they were working.

The next step is for the Ombudsman to investigate the charge, and if it finds probable cause, a charge will be filed before an antigraft court."

    I repeat--So, any updates ?

And you ignored my other questions. How would you have Duterte handle the Customs fiasco ?

How do you compare him to all the other presidents you had the pleasure of working for in government ?

Ohh ? Me a troll, why that's sweet

So now I think in binaries ?

Can you discuss that idea with your colleague above who has proudly declared educated and enlightened people are against Duterte while gullible people are for him.

    Pot, meet kettle.

So I take it according to your educated and enlightened wisdom Duterte should rather say-

"Pay your taxes but know that this government will take whatever you pay and lose most of it to corruption. And even though corruption is embedded in our culture you and your guts can blame it all on me, after all corruption just started in government only upon my assumption of office."

To kartog: Do you believe the current administration headed by Duterte is better compared to previous administrations? Just give us a straight answer. Yes or No?
