Matagal nang wala epin ICC like I said before. Pagkagawa pa lang dyan obvious nang wala mangyayari kasi US nga hindi pumirma.

It's not because of recent trends that ICC is ineffectual. It is the same reason why almost all countries signed the UNDR but with a caveat that they don't have to answer why or what is their reason for signing. They just really want to be left alone as much as possible.

AN AG PILOT DIED WHEN HIS AIRCRAFT WAS FIRED BY NPA TERRORISTS WHILE ON A LOW CROP DUSTING FLYING

Another tragic day for the aviation community in the Philippines especially to the Agricultural Aviator Association of the Philippines when one of their comrades died when fired by CPP-NPA terrorist in the morning of 18 March 2018.

A seasoned AG pilot from the DANA FARMS AVIATION INC.- AIR TRANSPORT in Davao City, CAPT LYNBERT LAGUDA Sr, from Butuan City, was on a normal low flying crop dusting mission when his single-engine biplane Grumman G-164 Ag Cat agricultural aircraft was fired upon in-flight by New People's Army rebels at vicinity Tagbina Surigao receiving 3 bullet holes on the fuselage near the cockpit, wings and on the nose near the engine of his aircraft.

Captain Laguda still manage to land his plane after being hit. One of the bullets entered and hit the pilots seats where he gets hit in the back. Captain Laguda died in the hospital because of blood loss.

It was in 2016 when the CPP-NPA threatened the agricultural aviation that they will shoot down their AG aircraft in Mindanao especially in Bukidnon. Captain Laguda is a victim of terroristic acts of the NPA terrorist group... May the perpetrators be brought behind the bars of Justice.
