The price is just about right if they can defend their partner and sniff out drugs like they are supposed to be trained for.

Mahal talaga K9 dogs esp if GSD pa.

Bomb sniffing ba or drug sniffing?

Anyway kahit bomb sniffing man yan and not yet drug sniffing ang alam ko umaabot talaga sa ganyang presyo K9.

Misconception yan. Puro Bomb sniffing dogs lang meron tayo dito.

Sayang pera. Tuloy na lang nila yun Subcon.

PNP!? If we'll see follow what theyre doing with the it service vehicles. Naku!

In a year baka malnourish na mga yan or namatay na iba sa kapabayaan.

The public sector (govt) is really bad at maintenance. Look at the govt buildings & equipment. Same fate will happen to those poor dogs.

To add, the government is really bad at managing corporations, public works, social services...virtually everything actually. Ultimong Pagcor, where the odds are ultimately in favor of the house winning in the long run, nalugi. Best case is, inexperienced or incompetent ang namamahala. The usual case...well, if you don't know, then perhaps you were born yesterday.

Isn't that what started the shift to PPP's in the first place?

So the president is threatening UP students of immediate expulsion if they join street protests against gov't policies. Even if ferdinand marcos is as vile as satan himself , i don't ever recall him doing that

Part of me wishes that he carries this threat out so that more people will now join mass actions against his government.

but still , it is not the issue why he wants to kick out the students from UP.

what he is implying is that he wants to expel them is dahil the students are joining the rallies that spoke out against him.

it is no secret that some of the students in UP are joining the NPA is because some of them have some socialist leanings

Sadly, i personally feel that young men and women join the socialist ranks usually out of a lack of proper guidance and support on their cause. I do know of some people who had leanings to be a communist out of their drive to help improve the plight of many Filipinos and with proper guidance became good Filipino citizens; In the case of one person i knew personally, the Jesuits took notice of him as a young man, gave him a scholarship, and molded him into a figure who was able to contribute well to the Philippines for many years in the corporate, government, and civil society sectors.

It may have been different back in the Marcos era where even moderates such as Edjop were pushed to head for the hills.
