I think Farinas is a known warlord type character for a long time... He had a foreigner beaten up before after the foreigner scolded Farinas's children who were running around in a hotel lobby and who can forget Maria Teresa Carlson. So comparing his abuses now isn't any different regardless who is sitting in Malacanang.

If you go back 100 pages in this thread puro yan na rin. At this point, almost a third of the way through the current presidency, everyone already knows how he came to power.

Mas may silbi kung pagusapan nalang natin repercussions ng mga gov't policies moving forward. And hopefully people will be able to decide for themselves (based on real facts and a thorough understanding of issues) if they want more of this government come mid-term and presidential elections.

To put it simply, the incompetence and lack of leadership of the administration is being blamed on the konyos and elites of the previous administration. Hindi na lang aaminin na palpak talaga ang gobyernong ito.

Para na rin sinisisi na may mga mahihirap kasi may mga tao na marunong at nagsikap kaya yumaman. Ayaw sabihin na sila ay tamad.

Black Panther's Erik Killmonger is a very good parallelism of this administration.

Once an oppressed character, he finds his way to power as the King of Wakanda, and while his intention of unchaining the rest of the oppressed black folks all over the world can be seen as noble, his method for doing so is terribly, terribly misguided.

He is so consumed with hate towards his oppressors that the objective is to turn the tables around and eliminate them all, rather than work together towards a fair, just, and progressive society.

The nice thing about the movie is that the bad guy doesn't triumph. Here's to hoping for the same result in real life.
