Because he's a devious individual.
The guy is a goon. That's why he never got his father's endorsement to get that mayor's chair in davao city hall the last election. Every davaoeño worth his/her salt know this.
Paluoy naman na si paolo. Unsa mana, squid tactics? The snoog is sadly deflecting attention away from the nccc mall tragedy

Nung 2015 nasunog yung factory ng tsinelas sa Valenzuela. Nagkaroon ng Senate investigation at nadiin ang mayor ng Valenzuela. Ngayon kaya meron din imbestigasyon?

Same-*** marriage is just so wrong on a lot of levels imho.
Maybe they should just call it a different name if they insist on it. But definitely not "marriage". Again just my opinion. Just wanted to voice my stand against PDigong's stance.

Personally, I think they should not label it a "marriage" dahil we are still a conservative country.
What's important for me is the legal implications, dapat under the law maging pareho yun Rights nila Just Like sa straight couples. Sa mga properties etc.
Siguro no marriage per se pero ibigay yun Rights nila

By pareho you mean transfer of rights? Meaning if you're a gay, you can enter a female CR but you cannot enter na dapat male CR. Or "common" CR na dapat but bawal na sa male or female CR. Otherwise it isn't equal rights but "more" rights.

i understand that everybody has the right to be happy, marriage is just a piece paper legally binding two person(eg purchasing properties, SSS, life insurance etc), even without it, they will still countinue what theyre doing, with or without marriage...hindi yung mismong kasal that has people raise their eyebrows, its the lifrstyle itself, once it is legalise, it will be out in the open, gay couples will fetch kids at school, youll see them holding hands and doing PDAs...ok ako sa marriage, i have gay/ lesbian couples friends , they know i accept their being together, it but it doesnt mean im ok with it, my issue is it might be a precusor to other things...

No. Gays are still men. Lesbos are still women. No re-classification.

I am also against same-s** marriage.
They can always use the word "union" or "fusion".
Equal rights ba kamo? Pare parehas naman eh iba lang tawag. Zzz

Nothing wrong for me if 2 people would like to have same legal rights with regards to conjugal properties as a married couple would have. Govermment recognition is more important than Church recognition.
i am confident a law can be framed, recognizing similar-zex unions with similar legal rights and privileges as marriage.
but not necessarily calling it a "marriage".
let's see... "similar-zex legal union" law.
