Keep in mind the PNP and this admin never admitted that the EJKs are part of police operations so it wouldn't surprise me if it was "business as usual". Only now, they have the perfect alibi of suspension of anti drug operations.

I agree.
Oplan "Tokhang" and Double Barrel Alpha are suspended in the mean time, but it doesn't mean the police cannot arrest dangerous drugs violators if they are arrested in transit while the police is conducting check point or somebody reported a pot session. These are legitimate law enforcement functions which are the mandate of the PNP.
