Your assumption is incorrect. How could one clear his name if there is no formal accusation. A shame list is as good as rumor if there is no authentication nor evidence of wrongdoing. The burden of proof lies on the accuser, not on the accused.

Didnt we have data that most criminality here in the Philippines is drug-related, robbery, rape, hold-up. Rugby is also drug that is used by those street boys
Now, take a look at edsa. We have those buses who can swerve from inner late to outer lane in a 5 lane highway. Who does that? No sane mind can pull that off. May pasahero na sya, tapos busy thoroughfare
Du30 knows that the root cause of this are drugs, driver on drugs and therefor, causing life-threatening accidents,
You concentrate too much on what's happening, does it even pccur to you how many lives have been saved if this idiot drivers knew that du30 is not joking on salvaging them

We are all here in tsikot, and our biggest gripe are these deivers who endanger us, our family and our property, ngaun may katapat na sila.
been here in tsikot for so long, and it has been common news when one whole mini car or mini suv family got wiped out by a bus or a truck driver in edsa or provincial highways. maybe this time, the affected families can just ask policemen if they can just avenge their plight so that monsters like these won't be allowed to roam or drive anymore. if it's drug-related, eh di open season sila ngaun

there is a study in America why drugs coming from South America up to now cannot be stop or totally eradicated.
the result of the study - 20% of Americans need drugs to survive coz they are either too depressed or can't function well in an orderly society. with drugs, hindi sila manggugulo, mag-riot, basta give them their fix and they're ok sniffing all they want in their homes until they're found dead.
----
i've long studied history and there are really men like these. maybe descendants of former warriors who lived an active live of fighting always moving. and then here comes 21st century, and we're all just staying home, have TV dinners and surf all night long, then office next day and still in front of office computer.
how can these group cope to that lifestyle, solution they are recruited in the army and sent abroad to fight enemies of the state. but like any other person, we are all created differently, some can control their emotions, some can't, some
need drugs, some when taking drugs become violent.
that is the reality that we are facing coz we are not created equal and henceforth, we will never have an orderly society.
some can survive with just liquor and be ok with life but some really those powerful drugs. the problem lies when they affect others . and that is where Du30 comes in, it's ok you can kill or overdose your entire life with drugs as long as you're not affecting anyone, but another suffers, then that's a different story, so he'll kill you

I have to agree with OB on this one. Addiction is a hereditary disease kasi. I've always been fascinated with this topic (addiction)
Those with the warrior gene are predisposed to aggresive behaviour. I read nga law enforcers and crimimals are very similar. It's just that law enforcers are able to use this aggression in a positive manner. But there's a thin line so I understand why there are also a lot of law enforcemers that engage in criminal behaviour.

back to news:
MANILA — Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said influential drug lords have started funding media groups to derail President Duterte’s campaign against illegal drugs, as more names of prominent politicians behind drugs trade would soon be announced.
He said the names of prominent local politicians and drugs lords funding media groups were discussed at the meeting on Monday by the Cabinet cluster for security, justice and peace.
“Kanina sa meeting ng Cabinet cluster for security, justice and peace, lumalabas meron nagpopondo sa media — itong mga drug lords para sirain ang magandang layunin ni Pangulong Duterte sa pagpapangalan sa mga involved sa drugs,” said Aguirre in his speech at the 43rd anniversary of Alpha Kappa Rho fraternity held on Monday at Cuneta astrodome.
Aguirre also said that President Duterte would bare names of more “prominent politicians,” including governors behind the illegal drugs trade.
Pressed for details, Secretary Aguirre, in a text message told the Philippine Daily Inquirer: “No details yet of media campaign funded by drug money. Many more big politicians will be exposed.”

Ang gulo mo OB. Diba gym fit body si Edward?
Addiction affects the brain adversely, period. There is no good effect from drug dependency. US just so happened to have good and effective rehab programs and well funded.

there are so many things that drive a person towards addiction. But I have singled-out one powerful thing that speeds it up. SELF-ESTEEM. if you don't have this or you're weak on this. delikado ka talaga sa addiction.
SELF-ESTEEM is not that bad because it also drives the economy. for example, how come people buy the TOTL Ford Everest over the Ambiente. why because they need to feed their self-esteem, and buy buying the most expensive and most fully-loaded, their self-esteem is not at risk and going forward. BUT of course like any other person who did not read Maslow's hierarchy of needs, sayang lang pera mo. coz well know that material things don't last in terms of solving that problem of self-esteem.
now, that maybe an out of the box analysis or too farfetched to what our present situation is.
BUT always think of this, the best meter for a person to do drugs for the first time is because he is having self-esteem problems, RE- conditional love from parents /family, bypassed or lost love for a girl, or simply the other one is too gifted to beat whether in intelligence or sports.
and this where drugs fill in.
Good news sa mga OFWs. Salamat President Duterte

Returning OFWs soon to be exempted from OEC | ABS-CBN News

Starting September 15, overseas Filipino workers (OFW) returning to the same employer or job site will no longer have to secure the overseas employment certificate (OEC) requirement, at least on an experimental basis.
The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on Monday said Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III has issued Governing Board Resolution No. 12, Series of 2016 following President Rodrigo Duterte's mandate "to streamline processes in the deployment of OFWs, to afford them facility and ease in transactions before government offices."
POEA said the OEC exemption "on an experimental basis" covers returning workers who are: (1) returning to the same employer and job site, and listed in the POEA database of OFWs; or (2) hired through POEA’s Government Placement Branch.
"Bello said the POEA is already implementing the Balik-Manggagawa Online Processing System which has eliminated the long lines at its offices, but emphasized a further need and growing demand to enhance the system for workers returning to the same employer and job site," it said.
Prior to their departure, the returning workers will have to register at bmonline.ph, and provide personal and employment particulars to validate if they are indeed exempted from obtaining the OEC.
After which, the worker’s updated profile will be forwarded to the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to serve as basis for clearance to exit the country without payment of processing fees.
If a worker proceeds to the airport without prior registration, the BI will refer the worker to POEA’s Labor Assistance Counter (LAC) for evaluation to be able to determine if the worker may be cleared for departure sans the fees or be subjected to further completion of travel documents.
Workers who are not exempted from getting the OEC during the time of registration will have to set an appointment with any POEA office or processing center.
After a month of experimental period, POEA Administrator and Governing Board Vice-Chair Hans Leo J. Cacdac shall report to Bello and the board about the implementation.
which leaves us to the next question? why are we all here? are we to live a peaceful and orderly society as what God intended us to be?
I think not because basing from history, on and off eh. peace, war, peace, war, peace, etc ..
so we just have to achieve some balance. for those who think Du30 is the solution to the Philippine woes and push it, i think it won't happen. I see our President as an instrument of God to level the playing the field, to initiate balance where things are going haywire like the drug problem. some are ignoring, turning the other way, and it's becoming a disease sort of like TWD's zombie apocalypse. sooner or later, it will bite is in the back and we will all be narco-state like the South Americans.
America with it's think tanks and gifted intelligence personnel, ran data. and the best way to see this thru is to balance it. panoorin nyo yun movie ng Sicario.
Di mo talaga makuha ang joke about narco state columbia at blog no? Tingnan mo pati yung link na binigay mo columbia na rin ang isinulat. Kaya ang dali mong ma bilog eh.
