“Hey, I have to invade a country to arrest the drug lords,” the President said after inspecting a biomass power plant here.
Anong big time uli yun? Ah small fish big time. Yan ang bagong terminology natin ngayon.

To fast tract government transaction is one of the many promises of Duterte admin. So it is not off topic.

Meanwhile, Heard that Napolcom has finished their investigation sa mga generals and will submit the result sa office ng president. Mukhang positive ang result and baka mag file ng kaso against the generals soon.

The post is about a guy fighting for his rights, in spite of past admins(well technically, including the present one) not fulfilling their promises.

Hold on, i may have misinterpreted your post...was the post meant as a criticism of Dulay not fulfilling the promises made? Kasi nag memo na siya, hindi pa sinunod. Too early to do that imho, kakaupo lang niya, i'd cut him some slack. Maybe he needs to crack the whip there.

About the De Lima issue: eto naman ang sabi ni De Lima:

Calida releases De Lima photo with suspected drug lord; De Lima cries demolition job

The senator recalled she attended several management committee meetings of the Department of Justice, including one hosted by Bureau of Corrections then headed by BuCor Director Gaudencio Pangilinan.
"That one meeting which was covered by the media at the premises of the National Bilibid Prison was also attended by other top officials of the DOJ, including the heads of attached agencies and BuCor officials," she said.
De Lima said the ManCom members mingled with some inmates during certain activities on the same day as part of the reformatory program of BuCor.
"It is most likely where the photograph was taken and is now being shown by Calida out of context," she said.

Note that both she and Sebastian, even the other people in the pics, were wearing IDs.

But hey, if they want to investigate, then investigate. Or maybe they need to investigate first where the photo came from, baka sila rin ang makuryente.... or maybe they really know where it came from.

Same goes for the Duterte-Peter Lim pic, baka taken out of context nga. Has Duterte commented on it ?

Pag di inayos ni PGong ang justice system at economy then consider this "war" on drugs as a modern form of roman gladiatior. It keeps the simpletons entertained.

Commentator, you seem to be in the know, check if this Peter Lim is engaged in Junket, check if he is connected with the Korean mafia, and check if he has a puppet in Pagcor. And please tell your boss to stop employing "ignorant" people in Pagcor. It's a damn gamblers' paradise. Those who were installed recently there do not have a clue. Put somebody like Lacson at the helm.

Paano mong malaman kung may TANGA sa sabungan? Pag may nagdala ng pato. These celebrities employed in Pagcor now are bringing ducks there. WTF

You don't employ somebody who wears a wig to clean an agency. It's a money-making agency. It's like feces to flies. Remember the 81M-Dollar question.

Either way the highest official of the land shouldn't meet up with a suspected drug lord he himself named.

    My exact same thoughts.

Ang nakapagtataka eh Duts granted him an audience, eh di naman daw niya kilala etong taong ito, at kala ko ba Du30 hates drugs so much?

Yung 5 heneral nga, hanggang kay Bato lang nakipagmeeting. I'm sure they would have wanted an audience with the President too.

this is a repost, credits to the original author:

Bam Aquino is suggesting president Duterte to focus on issues other than drugs. well, here you are.

"0.2% Anti-Duterte and they also say puro crime and drugs lang ang focus.

Regards from Sec. Many Piñol who have distributed hundred of millions worth of farm equipment, suspended alleged corrupt officials, has accomplished frankly more than what the his predecessor had in a few days. The following also says hello:

    - Sec. Gina Lopez who have fearlessly suspended big mining companies.

    - Sec. Mariano who literally opened the welded gates of DAR, which has been closed for 18 years to the farmers it is supposed to help.

    - Sec. Bebot Bello who is now in Saudi promptly addressing the concerns of our Filipino workers,

    - Sec. Art Tugade who have owned up to malfunctions in NAIA (despite the fact that the problem was due to the previous admin's negligence) and is working to decongest it.

    - Sec. Aguirre who is overhauling the BJMP with the SAF.

    - Sec. Teo who is securing our country hosting the Ms. Universe Pageant seeking to boost tourism and pushed tax exemptions for travelers.

    - Sec. Andanar who have greatly improved the communication capabilities and reach of the government.

    - Sec. Dureza who have already negotiated with the NPA, MILF and MNLF.

    - Sec. Ubial who has pushed measures to improved mental health awareness and is working on how to improve healthcare delivery and accessibility.

These are the Alter Egos of the president.

I am teary eyed seeing militants who used to burn effigies of former Presidents now painting murals of peace, aspirations and hope to parade during the SONA.

These are just some of the department heads who have done so so much in less than THREE EFFING WEEKS!

We are on the brink of getting out of the mire we have sunked in for so long and yet it's puzzling that you seem to still want to wallow in it just because your candidate lost.

When so much good is happening and you choose to create negativity, then YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

There are around 85,000 drug pushers/users that have surrendered to the police.
Duterte to confront China on drugs - The Standard

There are only 200 people killed. whether it's true if they indeed fought against the police is up for debate but the yellow media is making a mountain out of a small ant hill. Seriously what is 200 compared to around 85,000.

If the police really are as ruthless as the yellow media claims they are, the number of people killed would have been hundreds or maybe even thousand folds more. Why are we making such a big fuss about the very small number of people who were killed when a lot more people(around 85,000 & counting) are still alive & given the chance to change themselves?

this is how the yellow media is trying to distort the truth from the public.
    yellow-media-distorting-truth.jpg

    Either you:
    - are still bitter your candidate lost (grow up & get over it)
    - are a whiner
    - have very limited common sense
    - gained something from the corrupt previous administration
    - are paid by corrupt government officials to try to convince people that president Duterte is worth less than the previous administration who had 6 long, abysmally horrendous years of rule when in fact, he has achieved so much more in just BARELY A MONTH into office.

regarding this guy who appears to be Peter Lim, my question is this, is he really THE Peter LIm who is the drug lord? Or a different Peter Lim. for those who may not know this, but the Filipino Chinese citizens or Tsinoys have very common names. so common infact that there are some people who have the exact first & last name. the difference may be the middle name.

sometimes, even the middle name is also the same. try & check the directory from PLDT. look for Chinese names there. see how many of them bear the same name with different address or contact details.

we don't even really know if he is indeed the Peter Lim druglord & a lot of people are already thinking that president Duterte is in cohorts with drug lords. I think most people should be better than trying to nit pick every minor detail of president Duterte trying to find faults & making a big fuss out of every minute move he makes.
