The problem with this statement is your hatred for the ayalas has made you accept the evil that this admin has brought upon us.

Sorry but your tolerance to corruption does not apply to me. I helped fight it in my own little ways.

Malakas ang ayala meaning aquino administration?

Pharmally issue is kinda similar with mrt problem, remember mrt parts were bought from bangkal makati? They intentionallly put up a company just so they can supply parts.

But pharmally and mrt supplier are both undercapitalized.

Not sure which company you are referring to but were they being investigated for possible corruption? Serious question.

first, the government has many never heard of suppliers regardless of admin

    nabanggit ko na dati

kung taga private sector ka, to make money from the gov't maging supplier ka ng kahit ano (from bolpen to fire trucks to uniform)

no other entity in the country has a larger budget than the govt

sa companies they call it capex

the biggest companies in the country has yearly capex in the billions

    the gov't in trillions

who doesn't wanna make money from gov't expenditure?

thing is it's not easy to become a gov't supplier

    kailangan may kilala ka

it can be "gumawa ka ng company, ibibigay ko sayo ang kontrata"

kaya madami mga never hear na company na maliit ang capital

    (to be continued)

it's amazing to me why pharmally is such an eye opener to many

that sort of thing has been going on forever

creating companies with non existent office address

very small capitalization pero nakakuha ng malaking kontrata

    connections make that possible

    private sector supplies the gov't

    of course there's profit

if suppliers aren't allowed to profit, who will want to become a supplier?

para di masyado pagkakitaan ang gobyerno naimbento ang bidding

    pababaan ng presyo

    pero syempre na-corrupt ung sistema

    ibang discussion naman yan

    -

kung ang supplier yumaman sa pag supply ng bolpen or office uniform sa gobyerno, good for them

    marunong sila dumiskarte

Totally agree uls. That is what business is about - to generate profit. But are you not surpised for a "small" company to have 17000% sales to capital ratio and rewarding its executives with high end properties and supwr cars?
