Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 22) — Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte is again the top bet of Filipinos among probable presidential candidates in the 2022 elections, the latest Pulse Asia survey showed.

The poll said 27% of respondents prefer the First Daughter over other possible candidates. She was followed by former Senator Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. (13%), Senator Grace Poe (12%), Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso (12%), and Senator Manny Pacquiao (11%).

Duterte was a clear choice for respondents in Mindanao where 60% expressed their support, but 21% of Visayans also chose the President's daughter as their preferred candidate. In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, the top bets were Moreno (24%) and Marcos (19%), respectively.

Duterte also led the previous survey conducted by Pulse Asia from November 23 to December 2 last year. But the mayor has denied she has plans to run for the country's top position. President Rodrigo Duterte also said he already cautioned his daughter against following his footsteps, claiming that being a president is not a woman's job.

The latest survey conducted through face-to-face interviews from February 22 to March 3 involved 2,400 adults aged 18 years old and above. It has a ± 2% error margin at the 95% confidence level.

Lots of ways that whole IP address thing could have happened legitimately.

If they were using a proxy gateway (like Cloudflare) to handle incoming traffic for example then all the incoming IP addresses would be the IP of the proxy server. If they wanted to get the actual external IPs, then they need to get the proxy logs or install the appropriate mods to their internal app (which is probably prohibited because it means modifying the results server).



If they connected using a VPN, the IP addresses will also become LAN IPs.

Presidentiables are afraid to show their cards this early for fear of black propaganda being hurled from them from both the left and the right. Binay and villar knows this too well.
You can see the climate as early as last year on who have plans to run. You really need as much as 2 years of planning and campaigning just to get your name out there. Especially now during the Covid times.
