Because corruption is already a part of majority of every filipinos life.
There are very few real true honest politicians who can win in a national or a major local elections.
You may have honest/uncorrupt personality like Cory but everyone below her is raiding the gov't or amassing wealth or power.

you mga kabataan lang yata ang walang alam.
Sila lang ang may ideology na kaya nila magboto ng gobyerno na matino at hindi corrupt.
almost every candidate or political party has corruption skeletons in their closets. some just hide it better than others.
This is the vibe I'm getting from your point:

So instead of rejecting and exposing corruption, accept it as normal because everyone in government is corrupt.

Instead, dapat hindi pinapaboto tong mga mahihirap na 'to kasi sila ang dahilan kaya may mga corrupt.

For corruption to end, we limit voter rights.

Most candidates find ways to corrupt the system to get an edge of winning.
That's election politics. That's how majority of elected officials win.
If you won't do it, your rival might and baka siya yung manalo.
So corrupt lahat sa gobyerno so dapat piliin natin ung subok na. Ganern.

Yes, first step to eliminate corruption. But no politicians will ever do that because for one it limits their voting base to law abiding tax paying people and their money(Corruption) will have little effect on them. The other do good politicians are afraid to remove the basic civil right of people.

Corruption will never end as long as money makes the world go round.
Its been around since Jesus was alive. 2000+ years have we found a way to eliminate corruption?
Best way is to limit it, make sure that even if they are corrupt, the service they provide is worth the amount they are stealing.

Partly true. Think of corruption as a added service people pay for.
Since everyone is corrupt i would rather have a corrupt govt but efficient service than one that try to presents itself as not corrupt yet the service is always delayed plus trying to raid the funds while they are at it.

The majority elites are also corrupt or has done stuff to boost their economic standing.
Just because one is a billionaire doesn't mean he will not try to further his business empire by hook or by crook.

Do you really think all those companies trading in the PSE are without dirt their whole lifespan? not without skeletons in their closet?

I think efficiency and corruption is an oxymoron.
