My feelings for him made a complete 180. I hope people will be able to see through him. Kahit pala yung beautification sa Manila, it was all superficial. I read a blog, kakagulat daw yung wet market ang ayos, ang ganda, ang linis pero sa likuran andun yung gulo/typical wet market

I found Willie to be an arsehole when he whined on air over the funeral coverage of Cory coinciding with his show, pero he deserved a big thumbs up on this one.

Bilib ako kay Leni kasi saw it for myself. Friends who were able to make use of the service of Bayanihan e konsulta. Yung vlogger that deestone posted, her whole family had covid, she mentioned that Bayanihan e konsulta was a big help to them (free consultation etc) Mahirap, middle class, may kaya nakikinabang

VP had such small budget and yet she is able to do so much. Of course, aside from the projects, yung character pa lang niya, she has my vote already.

I'm glad she ran because if she didn't, malamang Isko ako (rather then Sara, BBM or Pacquiao)

First of all iba talaga target na market ni Isko, yung nakakarami na mga dugyot at working class which unfortunately is 70% of the voting popu.

Ang narket na tinarget ni leni mga high end, pink lights sa rustans, new world, st lukes, places na mapapasok lang ng mga dugyot kung sila ay janitor, or service crew. So aa umpisa palang may dividing line na, paano ka mananalo sa tulad ni isko, '

SOCMED is awash with antimarcos info so its doubtful they get it there.
its either the elderly are telling them stories of martial law or we need to update the DEPEd's curriculum regarding the martial law years.

Not Generalizing.
Just wondering why there are old people who still vote for the marcoses in places other than the solid North considering they experienced the Martial Law era. That is why i was asking those old people why they still vote for the marcoses.
If you know why they are voting for a someone you hate then its the best way to try to find a way to change their mind.

I qualify as everything you mentioned but will never vote any of the late dictator's kin in.....I've yet to hear anyone from our generation & older in my circle saying what you're saying.
Surely they'd love to claim now is worse than then. One must not mistake not thinking how we got from good to this bad. Up to now, after how many changes of admins, we're hardly making any progress undoing the rooted ills those 2 dark decades of Marcos rule brought...& now we're allowing their return to do what? Bring even more doom to us already doomed?
Look at that family, generations added...still beyond comfortably rich, still wielding power & influence...long after exile ....long after amassing proven stolen wealth.....Even freedom they bought...& still spending money not theirs to retell history w/ lies via their hired army of trolls????
Now, look at the suffering flock....why get a known hungry wolf its shepherd?

The common comment from youths when asked is that during Martial Law, there was much more discipline. What they didn’t know was hidden behind the facade of order are the corruption, no freedom of expression/press, education was stifled, killings to silence those who resist. Generally, Marcos & cronies will do what they want & those who object will be silenced.

Martial Law was the golden age for the military & politicians. Instead of serving the people, it was the other way around.

My parents said, before ML, the police were good mannered & were well respected.

I doubt he’ll do a comeback. I met him once during a family vacation, in an ice cream parlor. He approached us & asked what was good on the menu. He seems to be enjoying his life/annonimity.
