yung tanong ng original poster na Does CASA do what it says it does? .... the answer is NO for toyota casas hehe... minsan change oil ang spark plug change gawa nila but you paid the 10K PMS labor..
Thanks, RevoGSX! It's good to know, even for information purposes only.

    Guys,

IMHO mostly eh Paper works lang ung PM checklist. Know why i did arrived to that? I got proof of the checklist..i got this habit of collecting all receipts and doc. from the CASA everytime i go for PMS. And i did noticed that it's just paper works mostly...In the PMchecklist there was a portion there about Brake pads/shoe measurement and Tire depth measurement, guess what...hehehe..last March,2004 the figures for my pads were FR-LH=6mm FR-RH=6mm RR-LH=4mm RR-RH=4mm and for the Tire Dept FR-LH=4mm FR-RH=4mm RR-LH=4mm RR-RH=4mm ; Zoom forward to present after a year with no tire or pads replacement the figures suddenly were FR-LH-10mm FR-RH=10mm RR-LH=9mm RR-RH=9mm and tires depth to Front L&R=7mm and REAR L&R=8mm. You be the judge..ano un kumakapal ung break pads and tire ko habang tumatagal ? I had once also a friendly argument dun sa Service advisor one time...Imagine they replaced my Spark plug kahit it was just less than 4K km ang natakbo...the reason kase kasama daw sa checklist for the 10000km pm..ang question ko lang how could they proved to me that the replaced one was defective? the only answer i could get was a wryly smile and mavoid po ang warranty!!! .. sure ko lang nacheck talga nila is all lightings/signal and un oil change. eh yun ngang mga Drive boots check ni hinde nagkamark man lang ng hands or tools eh..so meaning purelyvisual lang??? heck..ur paying for those checks alone P1,400++

Bdway...I am referring my comments sa HONDA casa Alabang and San Pablo..Bottom line wla lang me choice because of the warranty thing..kapg natapos na to...never na ko balik dun kung basic PMS check lang.

Parang cables na tinrasfer nila from left to right side of car over the roof! Sabay after another 5000km, kinailangan na namang dalhin sa casa ung Lancer ng dad ko, wala eh, no choice talaga dahil company car yun at under warranty pa. Sabay every PMS at repairs covered ng company kaya dun talaga. So pagdating ko na naman dun, pachange oil, inabot saken checklist pero this time nagpasama ako sa nagchecklist para ako na mismo magdouble check kung hindi binasta-basta ung checklist! Ok na. Pagbalik ko nga lang ng hapon, pambihira! May singaw ung steering pump! Pag nagaaccelerate parang pang-drag ung sasakyan sa sobrang ingay na parang sira ung muffler! Bwisit talaga!

Sheesh... talk about worst casa experience and you can't do anything about it! Worst of all, 3 months na and ung parts na kelangan for replacement are still out of stock! WTF?!

    Hay...

got bad experience din sa casa.

    Experience 1

PMS ng Dmax namin sa isuzu alabang. pina check ko din yung bulb ng foglamps kasi twice na ko nagpapalit palaging pundi. so pinalitan nila and sabi ok naman daw yung wiring tapos 1 month palang pundido na naman yung bulb at take note same side pa din so there's something wrong talaga so binalik ko sa casa. pinacheck ko and ok naman daw. sabi ko bakit ganoon kung ok yan 4x na ko nagpapalit ng bulb at same side palaging pundi. kinuwento ko yung history na first two ako nagpalit den yung succeeding kayo na. tapos etong mayabang na service advisor biglang sumabat sabi na "sir baka mali kabit niyo kasi may screw dun for ground and pag hindi daw maayos pagkakabit eh magshort at mapupundi yung bulb" sinagot ko na eh di ibig sabihin yung last two bulbs ko na kayo nagkabit ay hindi din maayos pagkakabit ninyo kaya napupundi.." ayun tumahimik at pinalitan yung bulb ng libre.

    Experience 2.

Para saken kasi sya ung pinaka open makinig sa complaints and mabait naman in terms of customer relations.
