Based sa experience ko, depende talaga sa casa.
So far, sa Nissan Mantrade, happy ako sa service nila.
Sa Toyota Pasong Tamo (old branch) and Toyota Marikina (near sports center), sobrang di ako babalik dun hehe.
Yung sa P.Tamo dati, lumulubog yung brakes ko, so I left it with them coz I'm late for work. Told them not to change anything, just tell me what the problem is. They said the brake master assembly needs to be changed, 8K+ and I need to leave the car for 2 days since they don't have the parts (kukunin pa sa Toyota Cubao)... I said no, brought it to the Petron station beside Wizzard sa T. Morato, turns out na 1 brake hose may leak. That's it. A couple of hundred bucks took care of the problem.
Marikina, car was supposed to be tuned up (change plugs), clean AC... after 3 months, AC conked out, brought it to an AC shop and the evaporator was dirty as hell. I checked the plugs and they didn't change the plugs (I was using bosch before, Casa aint supposed to be using bosch).

March 20th, 2006 02:18 PM #14from all the answers, i get the feeling that not all CASA's do what they tell you they are supposed to do during periodic maintenance checkups...simple lang naman yung list of to-do items nila for periodic maintenance checkup, especially kung bago pa yung car...madaming check this, inspect that...but do they really do each and every one they say they will do...do they really actually inspect this and check that...looks like the answer is "no" and as such, i am actually overpaying for the service i am getting.
kung ganun lang, magpapa-regular maintenance checkup na lang ako sa shop/station where i can see what they are doing to my car.

One of the things that I wonder all the time is the PMS of new cars.
Especially with plugs.
Sa US, normal plugs aren't replaced until it reaches 10K miles or so, mga iridium tipped 100K miles before they replace it sa casa.
Dito unang PMS mo palang papalitan na... Makes ABSOLUTELY no sense since a new car will have great burn sa engine, there's no reason why this needs to be done.
There's no way for you to know either if it was replaced or not, unless you marked it beforehand.
Daming kagaguhan ginagawa sa PMS na racket.

so far so good naman experience ko sa honda alabang. everytime i have the pms of the jazz over there pinapa-uwi naman yung mga replaced parts na ginawa (sparkplugs and element/filter).hopefully galing talaga sa jazz namin yun
ang ayoko lang eh pabalik-balik ako paayos ng alarm dun.pero the good thing is they fix it and replace the damaged parts w/o any charges
how was it?

Yup... only advantage is they have a clean painting booth. You can have usually have higher quality work done outside for the same price.

for me, go to casa during warranty period but prior to your last free pms, i suggest not to go na. just follow the maint manual kung ano ang dapat i-check up mahirap na! since last visit mo na yun for free anything can happen after that. i remember my chinese friend who owns also a '01 crosswind (a/t nga lang) he always told me "LALO SISIRA SA KASA" hehe
