Nawala lamig ng ac ko, nag yeyelo daw kasi..posible daw sira ung sensor kaya nilagyan ng manual thermostat, problem is humina ang lamig...pinapwisan ako pag noontime, dati naman hindi..any idea what else I need to take a look at? Thanks

Assuming that the thermostat is the only culprit, replacing it with manual thermo like what you have mentioned, does not have the same calibration from the electronic thermostat. I had the same problem before, but it was good for the meantime until I was able to get the original electronic thermostat, problem solved.

May error code ba? The only incident of low power for me was when my air filter got clogged. I removed my egr blank when euro 4 diesel became available. Check yoir intake hose if it has collapsed from a clogged air filter.
Wala naman error code, been complain it from the 20kms casa told me nasa air, fuel or oil filter. 3yrs serviced from casa Wala na correct ginagawa ko Lang off ang engine then start ok na ulet. Mahirap Yung sa hiway sometimes namatay engine. 100kms on the clock ganun pa din.
Me article ako nabasa egr blank or Yung suction control valve ang cause Pag underpower.

sir ano solution for limp mode? dalawang beses na nangyari sakin, buti nalang hindi nun nag long drive from mnl to cdo. hindi kaya kailangan na palitan control suction bulb? and sir my sound na klakklaklak sa tuwing kakastart lang ng sasaktan then pag apak sa clutch nawawala and pagmahaba na tinakbo pero babalik pag nakastop. kailangan nadin kaya palitan transmission component. 4yrs and 6 mnths palang yun sasakyan 55k odo. salamat.
Limp mode ba talaga? Aside from Leo_Arz's suggestions your intercooler and intake may also be clogged due to accumulated EGR soot + PCV mist. Suction control valve is rarely an issue for the D40. I would have the intercooler and intake piping leaned out, the PCV fitted with a good oil catch can and block the EGR.
