Mga bro, I bought my new 2010 Strada gls, red color last November. Ask ko lng kung babagay ba ung Carryboy g500 na canopy sa red na strada? wala pa kasi ako nakikita na may ganung setup Or magsport lid n lng kaya ako, plan ko rin upgrade tires ko pra maging 270/70R17. base sa nabasa ko ilang mga thread dito, kasya ung ganung size,.thanks..

here is one of our members ride that has a G500....really fits the strada well among any other pickup because the truck and the canopy are both sleek and curvy...

and for the 17" mags naman....IMO the biggest tire size that you could put in the regular 17" that has a 8" width without lifting the truck is the 265/70....kasi for sure sasabit na yun sa wheel well kapag anything bigger pa ang ikakabit mo...like in my case my rubbing na sa mudguard and a bit sa wheel well pag mga alanganing turns... pero 265/70 palang yun with a non regular mags size of 17x9 nga lang....eh panu pa kaya pag bigger size na tires pa diba? di lalo na...

but if you really want to roll with those 275's I suggest you go for the 16" mags....Because if I remember correctly some Bosbs has this set of tires already on their 16" mags without having any problems at all...

yup...its much better if you see sir boy's truck in person....

Actually sir if you canvass online kasi...chances are mas mahal yung makikita mo dito because of all the taxes and all after passing the customs...ok lang sa net pag nag checheck ka ng new models or tinitingnan mo yung itsura...but not the prices...

and yes, available dito yung dick cepek tires & mags... may official distributor yan dito...but and minamarket kasi nila ng todo is yung mickey thompson brand which is the mother company naman ng dick cepek....so I think if your eyeing for dick cepek tires, by order basis yun malamang....and kung meron mang stock limited sizes lang... but for the mags naman the DC I, DC II, and the Torque, always available yung mga yun for sure...

nice accessories pero suggestion lang... sana itinago mo sa loob ng interior plastic cladding ang wire ng dvd player mo para malinis tignan maski habang gamit mo. join ka na pare.

Sir nano, i did. tinago ko sa ceiling then down thru side cladding at nakarekta na sa radio. the unit will turn on kapag nakasusi lang. yung naka-hang eh tali lang ng usb flash drive..hehe!

Sir crazed_balisong, pm me ur offer sa pirelli mo baka kayanin ng munti kong budget..hehe! tnx.

*gatspy, baka lang makatulong sa pagpili mo ng gulong, eto yung itsura ng FEDERAL 265/70R16 (around 6k+ din, a little cheaper dun sa kinabit sakin);

ok sya sa price, the last time i saw that kind of product was in an autoshow last year and 6k+ pa ang price... nagbabalak ko ngang paglaruan yan at ihiwalay ang lcd from the player at gawan ng housing na exacto lang sa dashboard ng glx natin.

Yung G500, the last time I've inquired with Carryboy was around 70T++, to be exact mga 75T....yung sportslid na automatic nasa 50T++

Guys, I was traversing SLEX yesterday from Southwoods to Alabang at a constant speed of 80kph and record a 16.2km/l in my monitor! All stock GLS. Makes me wonder if I should upgrade my tires to 265/65/17 AT tires. Or even with a 265/65/17 HT tires.

wow! that's a really amazing figure sir PF and to think that in my experience the monitor displays a much higher consumption rate rather than the manual mode of getting the fuel consumption...

Thanks sa info, mga around 70k plus nga talaga price ng g500. sa palawan kasi sabi mga 75k nga di ko lang sure kung ksama na ang shipment pay dun, sana kasama na hehe authorize dealer kasi sila ng carryboy sa palawan. Mga end of Feb. ppaaorder ko na un para pg uwi ko nkakabit na hehe. tapos tires naman pgdating ko manila, canvas na rin ako. Share ko lng new Strada ko hehe.
