sir out... kamusta na? i was able to talk to vi this morning at diamond motors. i was having my central door lock and squeeking leaf springs repaired. ayos na yung leaf spring but i have to leave my mistress there cause they still have to order actuators for the door locks. hindi ko na muna nilabas kasi hindi malock yung mga pinto kahit na manual lang. sana maayos bukas kasi wednesday na ang punta ko sa cebu. ngayon gamit ko ang ride ni missis... the cute little vios! hehehe.

to sirs TP and locoroco777, thanks a lot for the very informative responses esp the photos posted regarding soft bed cover.It was exactly the type of bed cover Ive been thinking of= utility, convenience and the sporty look of the strada was not compromised. Were the buttons and clips bought together with the soft cover and who installed the clips sir? I believe medyo bubutasan ng kunti ung liner for the clips? Much I really wanted to join one of ur Eb's Sirs but it is impracticable at present because i am based here in the island of Panay, bisaya ba sirs, region 6, hopefully, pag nakaluwas ng manila sirs, i would eagerly attend ur eb's to see all your stradas.

for the buttons and clips sir...it was all bought as a set....and DIY lang lahat yan nung driver namin.........no drilling or anything destructive was done sir...just plain plug it then screw this screw that and its done....yung clip kasi is para nakayakap dun sa pinagclipan nya or parang naka ankla talaga sya mismo......and the weight of the bedliner serves as the lock na.....

your always welcome to join us in the upcoming EB's....However we also have a cebu chapter which is significantly nearer in your area...so if you have time you might as well pay the guys from cebu a visit so you could be more motivated to get the strada.....=D

Sira din lock nyo sir? Dami na ata nating nasisiraan ng lock ah. Yung sakin din nasira last week pero nagawa rin nung taga winterpines in less than an hour. Sabi nung gumawa, iwasan daw i-lock yung pinto or pindutin yung "secure" dun sa remote control ng pinto pag nakabukas yung pinto sa driver side. Cable type kasi kaya may possibility na mabuhol yung cables or pumulupot sa actuator... Yung leafsprings ko.. WD40 ang naging solution ko...

Question lang.. kahapon di ko napansin na naka handbrake ako tapos napaandar ko ng 2 meter yung strada ko.. ano kaya possible na masira dun? After nun kasi parang lumambot yung handbrakes ko at yung clutch. May kinalaman ba yun dun? thanks.

okay lang sir makalimutan yung hand brake lever na naka engage from time to time, basta malapit lang ang naitakbo ng mapansin, ang mauubos lang naman sir is yung brake drum since naka engage ito habang tumatakbo, may mangangamoy at hirap ang makina. it happens to everyone i'm sure, medyo nakakahiya nga lang aminin minsan!!! hehehehe kahit ako madalas mangyari yan eh....

sir, your effective annual interest is 12.69%. Medyo mahal yan compared to the 10.43% for 5 years of sir buneknek, assuming that this is bank rate. pero kung in-house yan (that is sa dealer yun financing), ok na yan...

Isa lang sa hassle na design nung meter cluster nung 2010 GLX strada is yung kulay nung mga dials at numbers. Kulay ORANGE... kakulay halos nung warning sign pag naka handbrake kaya di mo mapapansin... Sana ginawa na lang nilang kulay blue or white para pansin pag may naka pula dun sa meter cluster...

Martian, nice meeting you last friday nga pala, anyway saan ginawa ang strada mo? Saan winterpine? Yung sa akin pinasok ko last monday pa and hanggang ngayon nandun pa. Bukas out of town ako kaya mukhang maiiwan sa diamond motors marcos highway. Di daw dumarating ang taga winterpine kaya di pa nagagawa. Bad trip nga eh.

Sir, Diamond Motors Q. Ave. ginawa yung sakin. Ang nangyari kasi, nung ni-report ko ng Monday yung problem sa SA ko.. sabi nya di maayos yun unless pumunta ko sa winterpines sa Araneta the next day or iwan ko unit ko. Since hindi puede dahil marami ako gagawin that day so pina sched nya ng Saturday 1pm yung unit ko sa casa at nagpapunta sya ng tao from winterpines na gagawa nung unit ko. So nung Saturday, pumunta ko sa cas and nandun nga yung taga winterpines. Kumpleto sya ng gamit nung Saturday at may dala pa nga syang actuator para dun sa lock. Buti na lang at nag buhol lang yung cable sa loob kaya di na pinalitan yung actuator ko kaya within 30-45 mins tapos na ayusin. Hanggang ngayon ok pa naman. Sana di na masira. Nag suggest nga yung gumagawa na palitan ng rod type instead of cable yung lock system kaso magbubutas daw kaya di na ko pumayag.. saka na lang pag talagang sirain na...
