Fellow Strada,
Im getting another Strada as a replacement of my 07 Strada which was fully submerged during typhoon Ondoy. Just want to ask you guys, if given again an oppurtunity of owning another Strada , what color will it be. Used to have a black Strada which was really so masculine. The problem is, its hard to maintain especially to someone always on the go. Went to my dealer at Diamond Motors Valle Verde and saw a new color which according to my agent is "beige". But when I inquired at Citimotors Alabang, and the photos attached in the previous thread, it was "quartz brown". Im wondering if this 2 colors are just one? Depende lang ba sa dealership ang tawag sa color nila? Does the beige or quartz brown looks good in our Strada? Parang di masyado common ang color nito. Since according to my agent limited daw ang color na ito.

Wala sigurong pangbili ng Triton yung may ari kaya Bed nalang ang binili nya...hehehe....may kasama pang Tonneau cover na type ni Doc Boz and meron din bed rack...san ka pa!?







May squeak parin kaya ang leaf spring pag ganito na? hehehehe wala na siguro kasi nilubog na siguro sa langis ang buong ilalim nyan hehehe!

I saw the metallic brown strada. Bago sya kaya astig tignan, bagay dun ang bronze na 20" na mags. I think you should go for that color. May mga nagsasabi na parang feminine ang dating ng color ok lang, prosti naman daw ang strada ( hehehehe).

By the way, the strada you saw at diamond motors marcos highway is owned by me. I am having my central door locks and leaf springs repaired. Ok na yung leaf springs kaso yung central door locks di pa. Monday pa nandun yun kaya nga i hope pagdating ko sa manila bukas ng tanghali eh ok na sya.

sir ask ko lang po. bakit po ung strada namen na 4x2 glx po namen na manual napansin ko ang daming ingay. parang may nagrratle po e 2k palang odo nya.

nung tnry ko po hanapin ung prob habang ung driver ang pnadrive ko it turned out to be ung lock lever sa left back seat door ung nagrratle pano po kaya un maayus?

and pag naghhumps po parang nag ssqueek ung suspension ko or kapag inaalog ko ung strada nag ssqueek po ung ilalim nya. malas nman po ata namen. sa PACO po namen knuha ung unit pahelp nman po.

wow ganda ng strada mo sir nanofossil! was able to see your interior. kasi nakabukas yung door nun time na nandon ako. sir standard na ba yung remote ng audio sa steering wheel? pati yung console black na rin ba. ang ganda pati ng leather seats mo! if i may ask, saan mo pinagawa at how much sir. likewise, yung top up mo, how much sir and saan na-avail. eto ba yung 45deg or hangang sa roof ang bukas? thanks alot sir nanofossil!

Sir, maraming may ganyang naka experience sa strada nila and I'd say some of those problems can be resolved easily. They can even be resolved by someone as banoobs as me when it comes to vehicle. In my case may mga narinig akong "langitngit" sa likuran ng strada ko both sa labas and sa loob. Upon doing extensive research about the subject matter (thanks to this thread.. hehehe) I was able to solve the leafspring problem (cleaning + a can of WD40) and the rattling noise in the passenger seat at the back (turns out that the mounted jack behind the seat was the culprit. I just had to loosen them up a little bit kasi sobrang higpig ng pagkakabit and pag may vibration eh tumutunog sya for some reason). Some issue like the "langitngit" at the front door driver side I can't solve but I think the service center can and will.

In short... di ka naman sobrang malas. Malas are those rare to few owners with very serious and very remote problems like the noisy steering wheel, loss of engine power, etc.

Don't feel down because of these minor and easy to resolve problems. TSCP is here to help you during these tough times in your life. Cheer up, be proud of your Strada and JOIN OUR CLUB...

*LR777, you made my day again! hahahaha... if anyone is still complaining about the smallish bed of the strada, i hope this will suffice. If anyone will look for a totalled strada and get the pick-up bed... and the rest is history.

*arvin, that would be a good idea! the challenge now is to make a matress that can fit the truck by the bed width. Lower down the door to accomodate the 6 foot ++ matress...

also , with the door closed, it can make a good crib/play pen/sand pit for your son and TP's son! hehehehe...

well sir CM a,d DM are 2 different dealerships, personally i always get from DM, hehehehe may discounts pa kasi, and all my mitsus came from them(totaling 12 na). They all source from the Mitsu Phil. Plant or assembly area, usually in cainta. as far as the mandaraya ang UM, well we've had a few members who had some issues with them

thanks pink floyd. standard na yung steering wheel audio control. you floor console pinapinturahan ko ng black para bumagay yung leather na pina kabit ko. all the leather works were done by seatmate in mandaluyong. the top up is from miggyboy, you can open it 45 deg and full. goodluck pare.

Hey guys I just got my GLX dark gray here in Cebu last week and had my first fuel consumption check today, I got around 7.5km/liter. Now I came from driving from a crosswind to strada and I was shocked by the numbers. Here in Cebu is mostly city driving but there are no heavy traffics though.

Just your quick opinion guys, how much does your 2.5 strada's consume?? Is this normal? And by the way my kilometer reading is almost 400 kilometers and haven't done a 1k check up yet. Thanks

mataas yung consumption mo sir....ako 8kms/Ltr ako pag nakikipag habulan na yun ah 3.2 pa gamit ko.....baka naman medyo mabigat ang apak mo sir? hehehe......obserbahan mo muna....or recompute mo siguro ulit baka medyo nagka error lang...

the average kasi for city driving of the 2.5 4d56 is around 10 to 12 kms/Ltr..
