That also happened to my pick-up and I found out that it came from the leaf springs due to friction. It disappeared when I put oil. Hope this helps.

san ba mismong nilalagyan ng oil ung leafspring? puede ba grasa gamitin?

Nilagyan ko lang sa pagitan ng mga leaves. Pwede rin siguro yung grasa pero parang mahirap isingit atsaka baka kapitan lalo ng dumi.

Re squeak its better if you spread the middle shackle that holds the leaves together. it seems that the leaf rubs against this shackle that caused the squeaking noise in my friend's strada. very minor lang to maybe you can ask the dealer to do it on your next servicing

gusto ko leather na seats, 16inch rims or bigger, at takpan nila ng inserts ung wheel wells lumalabas wirings at other parts na dapat hindi and at least to protect the engine from muds and dirt at para d marumihin sayang kagwapuhan pag marumi paging MMP....

at least yung leather seats ang 16 inch rims, madali lang remedyohan yun sa aftermarket.

Dati kasi 150-200k difference between the GLS and GLX pero meron daw promo 3weeks ago... less than 1M nalang ang GLX. Im not sure if its still going on. :bouncealt:

hello guys...I'm also a strada owner (silver gls M/T)..bought mine last feb...2mo no problems...recently made a trip from pamp to baguio, sagada, banaue, then back to pampanga via n.vizcaya.... walang problema and delighted to find out na 2.5K lang nagastos ko sa diesel the whole trip....hindi ako masyada napagod kasi ok ang ride and hindi matagtag.....the clutch is light and the shifting is precise...i really enjoyed driving it....

recently changed my rims to a Ralliart replica (webbed design) 16x8.5 with 265/70/16 bridgestone dueler ATs....ganda tignan kasi labas ng fenders...parang lalamunin ung kalsada...hehehe...

this is one concern of most new strada owners here the rear squeaking of the leaf springs. try to look for lithium grease to coat the friction pads.

guys nakita ko sa website ng mitsubishi uk na yung top-of-the-line na strada yung engine niya 2.5 Common Rail DI-D na 168 ps maximum power at 348 Nm maximum torque. possible din kaya na gawin ito sa mga strada natin?

Yun yata yung Animal edition. Kung gusto mo ng increase in power, meron ECU upgrade na baka maging available thru a Philippine distributor. Nag-inquire na ako and I'm just waiting for their reply. It's called Pbox and it will increase hp to 163 and torque to 380nm. Plug and play lang. Pwede rin yatang i-switch on and off.
