at the time when i placed my order sabi may pila daw sa A/T na white.. A/T kasi kinuha ko, pag manual may available agad, pero pag A/T nabibili daw agad. i waited for a month bago lumabas yung unit. muntik na ako mag gray kaya lang pansin ko common na sobra both gray and red. and yung white ang linis talaga tingnan.

just got the alarm adjusted sa dealership, ok na.. tnx!

ah ganun ba..ms mabili pla ang a/t..buti ndi ka ng gray..white nd red looks so much better..labas tlaga ung dating ng strada..congrats!

hey guys.. im new here at tsikot.. just got my strada GLS yesterday, solid white.. tagal kong inantay kasi apparently limited yung color white, but its definitely worth the wait!

Also one feature i found out is that the strada's alarm comes with a built in turbo timer and auto start.. what a joy to use! Auto start and Auto shut off pwede.. NICE! Sa mga owners, read the alarm manual if you guys want to find out how.

One question though, does anyone here know to adjust the sensitivity level of the alarm it comes with? napansin ko kasi masyadong sensitive. konting ingay lang tutunog na ang lakas pa naman nung tunog..

Oh man! Free Turbo timered alarm is like getting 6,000 - 14,000 pesos easy! Congrats bro!

dont worry about the warranty. if the engine breaks remove the pbox before going to the dealer and complain. siguro when you have your PMS naka tago naman ang pbox and the clueless casa mechanics wont know that its there. BTW rear OME shocks available for the new strada na.

Sir ARB, my observation is that when I changed my tires to bigger ones (bridgestone dueler a/t 265/70R16) with a more negative offset mags resulting to a wider track width, the wallowing was reduced by about 50%. Is this possible? Or is it because I got used to it? I was considering changing my factory shocks to OME to lessen the rear wallowing but noticed the improvement after the tire change. Maybe the a/t tires have harder compounds and stronger sidewalls, and since it is also wider, the swaying is less. Pls. correct if if I'm wrong.

it could be changing to LT or light truck tires lessened the wallowing. since LT tires compared to P or passenger tires have stiffer sidewall.

gusto ko leather na seats, 16inch rims or bigger, at takpan nila ng inserts ung wheel wells lumalabas wirings at other parts na dapat hindi and at least to protect the engine from muds and dirt at para d marumihin sayang kagwapuhan pag marumi paging MMP....

i agree with this.. San nga ba nakakabili nung pantakip sa wheel wells? And if so mga how much kaya? yung specifically pang strada dapat.. ang taas kasi ng clearance kitang kita yung mga dapat hindi. thanks!

I haven't done it yet. I'm still in the process of getting more info. I think the product on offer is good because in europe, aside from their 3 yr product warranty, there's also a 3 yr vehicle powertrain warranty in case it breaks down due to the chip. Unfortunately, for asia, there's only a 2 yr product warranty and no powertrain warranty but it already says a lot in terms of safety and reliability. And according to the local distributor, there has been no problems so far for those vehicles that had the chip. This is the reason why I'm considering it seriously. Hinihintay ko na lang ang pondo ko

Drave, keep me posted on this one.. interesado din ako dito.. just got my strada over a week ago. medyo kulang talaga sa hatak but its all good. Inis lang ako kasi meron na palang BLACK? Damn! yun pa naman hinahanap hanap kong kulay.. kung nagantay lang ako 2 more weeks. tsk tsk.

strada owners.. i heard only now na nexth month, lalabas na raw yung 3.2 liter with 4M41 powerplant na strada. can anyone confirm if this is true? nightmare ito, well at least for me since i just got mine last week.. And get this! it is only P50,000 more than the 2.5 liter model!!! God i hope this is not true.. pero my source said na mitsu sles agent daw nagsabi sa kanya. I wonder if any of you heard about this?

mga tsong.. tanong lang about sa HU nung strada. yung JVC na may USB jack sa front panel. im sure madami sa inyo nagkabit na ng ipod sa HU. kelangan ko pa ba bumili nung wire na kakabit sa likod para gumana yung ipod? kala ko kasi nung una kasama na yun. (nabasa ko kasi somewhere in the first pages of this thread) and if so, can i control the ipod through the HU kung meron na ako nung wire? thanks in advance.

Di siguro totoo ito na 50k lang difference. Mas realistic pa kung 150-200k para magkakapantay na sila ng 3.0 hilux and ranger. Kapag lumabas ito, this will become the most powerful pick-up in its class. Tapos lagyan mo pa ng rear diff locks (optional in other countries), patay silang lahat. Ako chip upgrade na lang. Tagal lang ng pondo

besides the bigger engine, i wonder what other things the 3.2 model has over the 2.5GLS trim (i.e. interior styling etc....)? baka naman meron na Rear LSD and Traction control sa 3.2? That would really make me drool over it... pero in my case, tama na sakin cguro 2.5. Well balanced siya in terms of power, consumption, specs, and pricing. Siguro yung additional power would only benefit those who are really into off-roading. Pero shempre, pag nakakita ako ng 3.2 strada, di ko parin mapipigilan hindi maglaway

like drave, pinag-iipunan ko din yung chip upgrade...50K and you have the power of the 3.2 4M41 lump. and imagine the power to weight ratio compared to the 3.2 strada. engine palang, mas magaan naand 2.5 ng 150 or so Kg
