To add pala... allowed tayo to bring our own fully synthetic oil sa casa basta daw mas mataas ang rating or equal sa turbo XP nila. it would not void the warranty of the engine as long as original ang oil filter and casa ang nagchange oil. one last thing, the oil daw should be for crdi/turbo diesel engines. hope this helps...

Sir ThePatriarch= Oo sir para matest yung tibay ng strada natin... hehehe.. sir thanks for the message nd nako naka reply... nasa casa ngayon pa check ko yung uneven height nya.. medyo mababa kasi dun sa driver side.. kahapon pa mga 2pm sa citimotors las pinas wala pang balita... cguro last check up ko na sa citimotors yun.... nakipagaway kc ako dun regarding dun sa 9liters na oil na charge sakin...ganun dun talaga 9liters.. sabi ko how come the 2.5 and 3.2 displacement is the same oil capacity.. sabi ko mali pala yung nasa manual nyo... better not to give the owners manual... sunogin nyo nalang..

Sir eslonblue = Here is the finding of my strada.. They will replace the 2 coil spring and 1 leaf spring.. iba daw yung code... i will ask to them how can you check, if the code is right or wrong.. para ma share ko sa inyo... the problem is they will request pa the parts and they will col me nalang pag ndyan na yung parts.. sa thailand daw mali ng kabit.. cguro english alphabet kasi yung code.. alam mo naman sa thailand ang sulat nila...

sir alainroyce, am sorry to hear about the findings on your unit, pero bakit naman nagkaganun? i know quality in thailand suffers a lot, but didn't expect it to be this bad!! why they have to replace both coil springs is a good question, at least under warranty pa siya. as for teh leaf springs, hindi ka pwede magkamali ng lagay nun!!! may harap at likod yun eh! sus! baka pang ibang unit yung kinabit nila na leafs, eh iba na ang tawag dun!!

suggestion lang pala sir, ask them to replace your shocks na din!! sabihin ninyo bago yung springs and leaf na ikakabit pero luma naman yung shocks, parang hindi kamo tama naman yun!! ipilit na lang ninyo sir at baka yung shocks naman ang bumigay.

the tires on the newly delivered 3.2 2008 are 245r65 17". its narrower, i read on previous post that it's stil 265. have to confirm with my dealer baka pinalitan nila.

Congrats on your New Strada Bro! the 17" wheel and tire package is the standard issue for the 2008 Strada GLS Sport. I was looking for this wheel package since its debut and it finally came out for the Global Market. Magmumukhang Strada Animal of UK!

Sa bilis ng Strada na eto, it should have the designation of GT (naks!), Ralliart or even just Sport!

finally got my 3.2 GLS sports MT last night.

i have some unusual observations though:
1- xxxx
2- heavy to steer, steering wheel does not return back to center easily. does it need adjustments? ANY Comment, suggestions please. thanks.

I also experienced this heavy steering initially considering that I am used to my easy-to-steer previous rides that are: a smaller sedan (Honda Civic) and a compact SUV (Honda CRV). But then I realized that there is no point comparing because my new ride is a truck. Presently, either I am used to it already, or the steering wheel slightly loosened up because of use.

I expect, however, that the steering wheel of 2008 model to be lighter than the 2007 model considering that 2008 issue has narrower tires. Ano ba previous ride mo, bro? Baka naninibago ka lang, like what I experienced.

If you are coming to the strada club mini-EB this Friday, I can let you use my strada for a short drive to feel if your steering wheel handling is really different from mine. Likewise, I'll try yours, so we can compare notes. I'm sure the other club members present will volunteer you to test theirs, too.

At any rate, if you are not comfortable with it, bring out the issue to your casa on your 1000 PMS. Baka me adjustment kailangan gawin.
