Thanks, skippy.
Share ko na rin, I am a first time pick-up user. Got my strada almost 3 months ago. Initially, I was afraid to drive it because of the higher ride and long dimension. To overcome this, I used it almost everyday going to work and on weekends. Nagseselos na nga ata crv ko eh. I am used to it now. And I can drive it with ease. Nawala na yung tension. But I still have to ask the assistance of the parking guard in the basement parking where I work, for parking it reverse. I guess I really need a reverse parking sensor. Overall, I have no regrets that I bought a strada. My unit has not given me any problem...so far. Sana tuloy-tuloy na. And thankful ako, this thread greatly helped me on that decision.
I agree. This thread is quite helpful. And reassuring at the same time. It would be interesting how many car converts the Strada has gained so far. I guess it's impossible to get a figure
Ooba99, thanks for sharing your experience. In my case, I think I'd probably be doing the same but would go straight to where the parking is easy, even if it means walking a bit to where, say, the mall entrance is located. Yung tipong walang katabi. Hahaha!!! Imo, Pickups are probably easier to park than cars simply because you can actually see the edge of the bed which can be used as a gauge for proximity when parallel parking. Cars, not so. Smaller they maybe, but the edges can be tricky. Especially bumpers and all that. What I like about the Strada is that the bumper isn't jutting out. There's almost no bumper.
In any case, the best way to confront it is to drive the damn thing on a daily basis![]()
Hi guys,
First of all I want to thank you for all your comments, observations, suggestions and recommendations. These were the things that I considered when I got my GLX unit last November 17, 2007.
So far so good, I enjoy driving my pick-up and no problems encountered yet except for the fact that I can not decide what to put in the back.... a canopy.......a utility box ...... or a lid. Siguro huwag na lang muna, madalas naman ang ulan at ok naman tignan ang may swimming pool sa likod.
You all have been a great help. Thanks and God Bless !!!
hehehe,,,, sabit na rin

Just got word from the Casa about the level difference between the left and right elevation of the truck (front and rear).
The factory (plant) engineer told them:
1. Front - Coil spring needs to be replaced
2. Rear - Leafspring (muelye) needs to be replaced
I was suprised to hear about it considering that its just a few mm difference, I thought that they will only do some adjustments.
Bad thing : I am suprised about the Quality Control of mitsubishi.
Good thing : They are replacing it.
So far, thumbs up for me.![]()
Hello!
First time to be here! I want to thank all of you for helping me decide which pick-up to buy. I bought my Strada GLS Sport last October and I am enjoying every minute I spend with my ***y beast!
I also got myself a Carryboy lid so that I can keep things at the truck bed without worrying about my stuff getting wet or stolen. The Carryboy lid made my truck look even more beefier! I also purchased customized seat covers (combination of black and dark blue) to match the blue-ish interior theme. I changed the horn, added back-up sensors and the LED park lights at the bumper. I installed billeted front grill (onlyu at the bottom part).
First time kong talagang pinormahan yung car ko kaya all out ako! Hahaha!
So far no problems with my Strada. Attached are pix of my ride!
Wow, ganda-ganda naman.
Welcome to Tsikot.com!!! Welcome to the Mitsubishi Strada 2007 Thread!!!
