indeed thats great news! now, the question is, can we trust them? the last time i check to all car SA are working their butt hard (or shall i say, move heaven and earth just to make sales!)

anyway sir, im also a serious buyer of a 2010 strada (gls sport a/t).. and my SA told me not to worry coz, the said variant are still on its way to philippines from thailand. and i hope my SA is telling the truth!

or i mght wait a little bit longer for the 2010 outlander just to be sure!

I already talked to Mitsubishi Union Motor Corporation and they are willing for me to use Metrobank's Auto Loan Promo Sale program! Great! Now I can just sit back relax and wait for my New Pyrenese Black Montero Sport Ukraine Version 3.2L 4X4!

By the way, my heart goes out to those people with cars that were submerged in and around Metro Manila... I hope though you are safe (which is more important) despite your cars (whether it is a Montero Sport or not) being trapped under high water.

Anyone please give me more information or interior pictures of the Ukrainian Version? Would appreciate it)

But it turns out the In-House Financing of Union Motors is 60% more expensive! The PS Bank insurance quoted to me was 10.696611% as compared to my Metrobank's Autoloan of 4.33%.

If I ask Union Motor to use my bank's Financing option, I am afraid that they might give me my vehicle after 2 months or worse give me a different quality vehicle (which would really suck). Can anybody help me with my decision? I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Best news I've heard so far thanks for this encouraging info. I've been waiting for a month now for my unit to be delivered. I ordered via Mitsu Cebu City.

Yes, they will let you use the bank financing.
That means though that you're behind the queue vs the in-house financing ones.

That's good news indeed if true. Can someone from Cainta confirm whether the Mitsu plant got flooded last weekend?

    Thanks!

got this pic from mickey's. ganda ng pagka install ng dvd hu, flushed sa console. i am now thinking of going this route instead of the stock-look lcd setup.

my prayers sa mga kapatid natin na naapektuhan sa baha, sana safe kayo at maka recover kaagad. my wife and her friends are organizing a relief campaign in our place (ormoc) since aboitiz and 2GO offered free shipping of relief goods to manila.

we were once a victim of this tragic flash flood in '91. this will be our little way of helping those who helped us before.

Great admiration to the Strada Club for their efforts! For me, they have always been more than a Club. May all of them be blessed.

*WenG2 - what particular model is that sa Pioneer? That's exactly what I'm looking for. Was the dash console replaced or is this just the stock?

My 2-months montero was submerged. I called up citimotors last monday and I was told that there are lots of vehicles for towing. I just got a call that it will be towed tommorrow morning. Its good that my insurance covers "acts of god" and " caused by natural calamity". sana pwede palitan ng bago, even if Ill wait for another 3 months.

ingat lang when conducting relief efforts. the crowd tends to swell and most of the time they are rowdy while jockeying for position to get the most goods for themselves. they will even try to intimidate you or magpa-awa to get ahead of the other evacuees. I suggest that may security detail kayo and LOTS of volunteers for crowd control since they may overwhelm you and maging free for all. Good luck and God bless!

Sorry to here that sir..Good thing your insurance had the "acts of god" and " caused by natural calamity" covered.

Just an update for those who have relatives in marikina and cainta, yesterday i went there in the afternoon to check on our relatives and friends (sorry sir _ _ _ _ _ _ i was able to visit you, mga almost midnight na nung dumating ako sa marikina and i couldn't contact your cell)

    1. Water in most areas are gone, what's left is mud and piled items on sides of the streets

    2. Traffic is bad due to lots of stalled cars that were not moved yet (even saw 2 monteros.. one with no plate number yet)

    3. public transport is scarce, very long lines for jeepneys.. lots of people opted to walk instead

    4. Lots of truck from relief goods operations, still coming

    5. No electricity in cainta yet, only in major roads

    6. Some villages in marikina have electricity already
