I'm new here and going to buy new montero sport on August. I read na may nag-avail na nang montero sport sa Jabez Mitsubishi Motors, Dasmarinas, Cavite dito. How many days nyo nakuha unit? Ok ba kausap mga SA doon? Do you know "Edwin"?Actually, he phoned me last May at inalok ako kung gusto ko nang magpareserved and nag GO ako for black unit and I told him na I will buy the unit on August using bank financing. By the way last April ko pa minomonitor ang forum na ito and read back the first page to present page. Ayaw ko lang magpost dahil wala pa naman akong monty and still thinking to buy it or not. Now I made my decision My only choice now is montero sport because it's very nice. This forum helps me a lot and very informative.

Okidok, pareho pala tayo nang nature nang trabaho. Ang routine ko naman ay 6 weeks work / 6 weeks vacation. Offshore Oil Production platform ako. Production platform ka rin ba or sa Oil rig?

yeah i got mine from jabez, it took them about 2 or 3 days to deliver me the unit. But that was back in oct.

Got SMS from Citimotors Alabang, they have a lot units (gray and silver) daw. Those who will get montero you might want to try. SMS came from Jenni (09178102703)

My SA called and told me to have a reservation fee of P5t for quick release of the unit for 2 to 3 days, is this normal for reservation fee? 2 to 3 weeks is the maximum time of releasing of the unit without reservation. The available colors as of now are silver and gray according to my agent.

hi sir! got mine from jabez too... last may lang. and it only took me less than a week to get my unit. maybe i was just lucky hindi na-approve yung loan nung nagpareserve before me so naibigay tuloy sa akin yung unit.

The reason is because JABEZ is considered a provincial dealer, hence the montero is already considered a high end model for their market, though they still have a quota for them, their units aren't fast releasing. They are allocated a few units and that's it until they sell it, that's why they usually have 1 or 2 units parked in their garage most of the time, but the more popular colors are usually unavailable at their dealer. My first option was white also when i reserved my unit, until i went to jabez. I chose another color because i found out the reason why the white units weren't coming out of the plant, which really turned me off. The 5t is a standard reservation fee, and its refundable anyways.

Finally got to see the 2.5 4x4 MS inside MOA being displayed alongside the Ford Everest. Medyo overpriced siya considering yung 4x4 GLS nasa 1.5M, 3.2 na engine, automatic tranny pa. Is there anyone here who has or at least is planning to get the 4x4 MT?

That's me, the other guy he's talking about. We're together in my last vessel until I've decided to changed company for better pay and better working days . I'm on 4wks On and OFF as well and working in Brunei (Drilling Ship)

then for the rims, used megs hot rims all wheel cleaner

last, but not the least, the collinite permanent wax:




also used step 1,2 and the collinite sa rims lol

oh and also the collinite permanent wax lasts up to 2 months minimum in our conditions.
in U.S. it lasts a year, at minimum. hehe

i believe phase out na ang 3.2GLS 4x4 automatic. kaya pwede mo na lang bilhin is 4x2, 4x4 M/T, 4x4 GLS SE.

Yes I'm aware of that, what I mean lang is mas bagay kung 4m41 engine na yung kinabit sa 4x4 M/T. Justifiable siya na mas mura ng konti lang sa dating 3.2 GLS pero with the 2.5 engine, maybe it should be around 1.4M lang or even a bit less.
