    ilang liters ba atf ng pajero 4m40? i have this feeling na nagpuputik na siya. tapos i gasket maker ko nalang yung sa transmission pan.

    Nung pinalinis ko yung sakin 5 liters ang nilagay ko after linisin yung oil pan at ATF Filter, yun nga lang pajero na converted sakin na 4m40 with 4x4. Ewan ko lang kung pareho sa local at 4x2 model.

    Parang bitin daw yung 15mm, malaki yung sa 4m40. Me nakita nga rin ako sa blade 4-5K yung oil catch can nila (greddy yata). Ma i caliper ng yung hose sa engine bay... hmmm

    -- mas madami yung nagamit ko, 6 liters for a 4m40 4x4 converted. BTW I started the vehicle and run it for not more than 15 seconds while the oil pan and filter is off. May lalabas pa talaga na atf.

    -- happy new year sir BG. Sa blade may nakita ako na 1.8K lng ata n OCC. may 2 inlet un, 8 at 15mm nga. pwede na ung 15 mm, lakihan lng hose.

    Happy new Year din paps, ahhh so bale parang na bleed mo pati yung torque converter. Di ko na kasi ginawa yun, baka me di ka aya ayang mangyari hehehe. Siguro aroung 6-7 liters ng atf ang capacity nya. Mura nun kung 1.8K, matingnan nga uli...

    Yung ATF is the oil that lubricates the automatic transmission natin, around every 20K kms ang palit nya. with every 60K kms transtech procedure. Yung linis ng atf filter is even better as an addition...

    pero sa casa every 40k kms ang palit niyan with atf filter replacement... alin ba masmaganda? masmadalas like every 20k o follow manufacturers specs?

    and ano pala epekto ng sira ang intercooler fan? sira na kasi yung sa akin.hehe. next week ko pa mapapagawa

    I also agree sa recommendation ng casa to replace the filter every 40k kms, though pag tipid mode pwede siya linisan once lang. then next 40k kms palit na dapat. its similar sa engine natin, may filter sa loob, kaya unless buksan mo pan yun lang ang only way linisin, for sure maputik na yun, and pwede magbara ang oil circulation, imho transtech ginagawa pag gusto mo lang palitan lahat ng oil sa AT, useful pag gusto mag palit ng atf brand or to fully synthetic. di maalis ng transtech yung dumi sa AT filter, para kang nag change oil ng engine without replacing the filter, kaya pwede parin magbara. kaya ko lang ginawa 20k kms drain refill kasi half lang napapalitan pag walang transtech, drain refill lang kasi ako, but pag transtech ka then baba oil pan, pwede na every 40k palit atf and filter just like casa recommends.

    junerski, afaik gumagana yung intercooler fan pag traffic lang naman, pag walang air flow sa hood scoop. wala naman siguro problem, some turbo charged diesel cars run fine without an intercooler. aid lang naman siya na palamigin ang air intake, may konting konting loss of power lang naman siguro ang mas iinit makina,, ang naiisip ko lang pag walang fan iinit yung intercooler dahil yung init ng makina ma trap sa engine bay. hot air goes up and di makalabas sa hood. baka yung init ng makina sumingaw palabas sa hood scoop. kaya parang niluluto yung intercooler. pag may fan then naka idle ka. hihigop siya from hood scoop going down.

    CB, di ko ma estimate, basta dapat bigger than 15mm, gamit ko 15mm. pag may time ako sukatin ko ng caliper yung butas ng breather hose.

    Full manual ung FM ko sir. Pang automatic pala ung ATF..

    So change oil at linis filter lang pala kailangan ko gagawin... Update nyo naman ako kung may kailangan pa palinisan
