natapon ko na kasi yung box eh. antayin mo si RT. baka masagot ka niya.

pero usually, sinasabi ko lang lang pang Fieldmaster. 4M40 engine. alam na nila. and naka print din sa box yung engine application. kaya hindi magkakamali yan.

Drop-in filter lang po ang pinabili ko so salpak lang yan sa orig air filter box.

Hindi ako convinced sa open type kapag pang-offroad or rough road palagi area mo.

Mga pips, nag-DIY replacement po ako ng front stock shocks (h-m-s) to KYB gas-a-just. Mga 30 mins siguro inabot per side. Medyonahirapan lang ako sa pag-compress ng KYB kaya kinompress ko muna tapos pinatali ko sa kaibigan ko ng alambre para mas madali isalpak. Yung sensor harness tinanggal ko nalang. Next week naman likod papaplitan ko.

Pajero J-top JDM pala yung sasakyan.

KYB Gas-A-Just (mod # 554091) front Php 1,300 each (Rey's auto parts, Marikina). Excel-G naman 1,150

Fellow Pajero owners, i need your inputs. Maybe some of you have experienced the same. Mine is an all-stock 2003 Pajero Fieldmaster. I have a persistent problem with the factory installed Code Alarm remote. The buttons for the unlock and lock controls seem to wear out quickly resulting to difficulty in using it even with new batteries. There are times that it takes me quite some time just to unlock or lock the vehicle. I have already replaced the remote twice with the same remote controller model at Winterpine and it only worked well as with the original for at least one year. I would like to hear about opinions to tackle this problem. Would it be okay to replace the whole alarm system just for example like an Autopage alarm or just stick it out with the original Code alarm. Thank you in advance.

Suggestion ko lang, you can open the remote and clean the contact of the alarm using pencil eraser ( yung may nakasolder na portion). And also, take out the rubber buttons ( color gray) and wash and dry it complete, or wipe it with alcohol. 6 years na rin yung remote code alarm ko, but everytime I feel na mahina ang control I just open and clean the contacts.

Power mode - pampatagal bago magshift. Useful eto sa overtaking

Hold mode - start mo is nasa 2nd gear. Usually, hindi ito useable sa atin. Mas useable ito sa mga snow country areas.

AFAIK, yung HOLD para i-hold nya sa certain gear yung A/T... magagamit ito kapag nakacruising speed kana sa expressway para hindi nagdodownshift yung paj... ganun ang gamit/ginagawa ko. based on my experience, kapag naka-HOLD habang papa-accelerate ka pa lang, parang nanginginig/sakal yung paj, until magshift to a higher gear.

Actually sa pinsan ko ito before. Nakuha niya from a dealer in subic back in '03,nasa 300k tapos pina-convert niya to hard top.
Binenta nya sa akin 250k last '07.

rols, yung oil na nag spill sa oil cap, normal yata yan. try mo lagay kamay mo doon sa oil filler neck. tignan mo kung may pressure ba.

possible na injection pump related problem. kasi namamatay eh tapos aandar naman after few tries. anong grade ng oil pala gamit mo?

Tama si CB, fuel dilivery yung problem, hindi naman lack of power. Happened to my hi-lander a few years back ganyan. Sabi sa bosch a few months ago basic calibration would set me back more than 8K, kung overhaul yung injection pump dagdag na lang sa parts needed to be replaced. I'd recommend bringing it to Bosch Service centre ...
