    Mga sir, hingi lang po sana ako ng advice...

    Which are you going to choose among the two:

    2002 fieldmaster all stock with new tires with 68k mileage price is P700k

    2004 fieldmaster ralliart series with 90k mileage price is P750k

    Pareho po makinis in and out and ok pa ang engine performance plate number both starts in "X" Alin po sa dalawa ang piliin nyo. Im planning to make it our family car na pangmatagalan na. Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions.

    Check everything. May check list naman kami binigay dahil may nagtanong about dito. Di naman sa ano pero medyo duda ako sa 68k na odo reading, lalo na at madaling ma-tamper ang odo ng Pajero dahil analog lang siya. Kung sa looks ang hahabulin ko, dun nalang ako sa 2004. Just double check everything nalang.

    may nagpalit na ba sa inyo ng aftermarket shocks? may leak yung front shocks ko. balak ko na palitan. ang ingay na kasi.

    anong shocks ang maganda?

    KYB Gas-A-Just daw ang maganda. Pero I wonder kung meron na dito sa atin nakapagpalit ng shocks tapos ang ipinalit eh Bilstein o OME

    tumawag ako sa distributor, wala silang stock ng gas-a-just.

    bilstein naman, pinagiisipan ko din pabili sa states. dami kong nabasang thread abroad, ito yung suggestion nila.

    go for 2004, agree ako kay testa pwd dayain odo, pero model hindi

    Gas-A-Just gamit ko dun sa JDM ko. Sa FM naman, stock pa rin ang nakasalpak

    magkano mo nakuha testa? and kamusta naman ride compared to stock ng FM? AFAIK, same kasi shock ng FM and gen2.

    gusto ko lang ma-compare yung ride quality ng stock sa gas-a-just. stock parin kasi sa akin eh

    99-00 lang ang 4x4 na FM... 2001-2008 puro 4x2 AFAIK... joke time nga yung ralliart edition... 4x2 lang.

    meron bang 4x4 conversion kits sa mga pajero like the nissan patrols?sayang kce pajero tapos 4x2.

    Thanks to all who replied. Both the 2002 and the 2004 fieldmasters are 4X2 only. Im actually leaning towards the 2004 ralliart edition, parang mas nagandahan ako sa porma ng bumper overrider and the design of the mags.
    im just worried with the high mileage, na baka laspag na at 90k yung 2004 MODEL.

    Though medyo lumalakas ang loob ko because of this thread, im very thankful to this thread because of the bountiful knowledge i've gained thru reading the various posts. KUng sakali may mga due for replacement na, it will not cost me an arm & leg naman cguro. keep it coming bros! God bless!

    Sabihin natin at M setting ng stock, same lang o may kaunting edge lang ang stock over KYB. Pero subjective eto at eto eh sa pakiramdam ko lang.

    None kasi walang front differential at transfer case ang FM unlike sa Patrol na propeller at shifter lang ang wala.

    Not really na hindi ka na mapapagastos nang malaki once makuha mo ang '04 model. Like what we said, double check everything. Kung pwede nga, i-test drive mo sa NLEX yan para maglabasan ang mga problema. May '02 FM kami na 2nd hand. Akala namin ok na lahat, pero nung umapak na sa NLEX, ayun, nalaman naming may wiggle ang manibela. Pinatignan ko sa Motorix, papalitan na siya ng tie rods at ball joints. Di rin namin ni-check ang bubong nun, pero nung nilinisan namin ang sasakyan, faded na ang pintura sa bubong. For that, nag-iipon na kami ng budget para ipaggawa ang pang-ilalim and wash over sa casa para maging fresh ang pintura.

    Thank you bros. I really think that a pajero is still a pajero, built like a tank. Even the in the looks department, hindi nahuhuli sa mga new models!

    kung ako sau hanap ka nlng ng 99 o 00 na model na maganda tpos pagawa mong raliart ed pra 4x4 pogi nun!.. kung may labas pa cguro ng fm ngaun, marame pa cguro bibili nun tikas ksi ng itsura e, lalo na ung ralliart na may deflector sa hood at likod haha

    Pero crdi with vgt na dapat engine tapos upgraded brakes and may airbags na pati passenger side if wala pa.

    Make it HID projector lamps na din... hehehe

    Just want to ask if someone experience this sa mga ride natin. Naka "L" then ung second is in "4H" ung kambyo ko then all the while after a few meters of driving uphill, parang nag disengage pakiramdam ko. I mean malakas ung tunog ng engine then bigla po hihina then ung hatak nabawasan pero so far gumagana pa din naman.

    im wondering if my transmission has a problem? Sana may makashare sa inyo in case you had the same situation and how na solve po? Salamat.
