Thnx a lot I checked fuel economy check & after following one of the advise tuning up my engine malaki na improve ng fc ko dati around 7km/L now it's ranging 10-12km/L

Mine was 1st Gen FM 4D56 4x4 M/T and i got 5.50-6.60km/L highway driving If pa calibrate ko kaya mag iimprove kaya FC ko? since wala naman traffic dito sa mindanao (Ozamis City) pure highway driving lang. but sad to say ang baba ata nang FC ko compare sa ibang owner nang 4D56 Pajero.

My gen1 pajero 4d56 fc: 9/10 city/highway. Ave speed 80kph upto 2.5rpm. Pag pinaabot ko ng 100kph umaabot lang sya ng 8km/L.

sakin, 1995 local gen 2 pajero 4x4 m/t with 4d56 tdic din, umaabot ako 13.8-14.0 km/ltr sa hiway, and 10.5-11.0 km/ltr sa city.. light footed driving lang..

try nyo ipa calibrate sir..laki improvement..

btw, inajust ko din pla idle up mechanism ng aircon..kapag naka on aircon, at idle, nasa 700rpm...kapag off aircon 720rpm.
kc dati, naranasan ko din mag below 10 km/ltr sa city drive..nung pumapalo 800rpm kapag naka aircon
at 700rpm, d pa naman nag va vibrate body..pero, i think its lugging the engine na..pero, kya nya naman..

My Montero 4D56 M/T averages 10-11 kilometers per liter with 90% heavy traffic city driving. On pure highway at speeds averaging 140kph, it does 13-14 kms/liter.

last holy thursday, i was able to log 9.8 km/l on an average speed of 34 km/h today

route: makati - la mesa ecopark - makati (via buendia, edsa, commonwealth ave then back to commonwealth, edsa, rockwell, makati avenue)

aircon fan speed at 2, temperature at 22 degrees

ride is a 4d56 VGT GTV

I did an out of town yesterday with my new strada glx mt. My FC is 13 km/liter considering its under 1,000 kms odo.

I think my driving habits helps a lot to obtain this FC. I'm only using the maximum turbo boost during overtaking manuever then i get back to cruising speed of 90~110 kph afterwards which is around 1,900~2,200 rpm.

mas malakas pa sa 4m40 na matic. mine does 7km/l on purely city driving. (manila-makati route)

May sagot na ko sa question ko sa FC ng Monty GLX 4x2 A/T non VGT we got 10.7km/l for the first 250kms average 80-90kms/hr yun takbo nya.Sana madagdagan pa after 5000kms.

Sir di sya ramdam na mabilis na, di pa namin pwersahin kasi from casa itinakbo na kaagad namin ng Batangas kaya 80-90kph lang sya. Laki talaga difference from Xtrm to monty la sya kahirap hirap drive. Imagine if you will buy Crosswind 1.1+M na while monty Non VGT A/T 1.298M.

Cabin filter di namin napasin.
