Goodday Sir. marami akong nakakausap tungkol sa Mitsubishi Pajero and yours is not the first case of complaints regarding consumption. You need to have it calibrated in order to make it efficient and if necessary po change nyo na rin po ang injectors. Medyo magastus po pero it will ensure you of a good efficiency, also notable po kasi ay ang pagiging turbo ng mga imported models, needless to say that this is rather powerful and sips gas more. Mabigat din po and pajero kaya dont be surprised.
It is also true regarding revs of the engine sir, kasi po ang diesel operates and peaks at lower rpm, I do suggest to make use of this by shifting on higher gears when traveling on highway to get more milage. Get this done and see the results po....

    2001 Lancer GSR 1.6.

Pasensya nalang.

Nope. I just based the readings from the speedometer and tripmeter. RPM is below 2,500 before shifting to higher gears.

    contribute lang po ako...

2010 Mitsubishi Strada GLX on stock rims and wheels

SHELL Diesel (pre FuelSave) average for 3 cycles: 9.8km/l
SHELL VPower Diesel average for 5 cycles: 10.3km/l

methodology: based on trip meter and consumption via pump reading

as per my calculations, you get almost the same Php/km sa VPower and sa ordinary. VPower na! hehe. can anyone confirm?
