I want the Speedlab badge and decals that's why I want it all in one and also since I'm from the South.

If you want more performance, it would be better to budget for the Lancer EX GTA instead.
Then what would you get po if you install the power package with a 1.6L Engine? Is it not advisable for 1.6L engines to get this Speedlab package?

    From Speedlab's FAQ

Q: Will this void my warranty?
A: To be strict about it, if you read Toyota's warranty policy ANY MODIFICATIONS voids your warranty. Since most likely you already have wheels, HIDs, sounds, etc etc, consider your warranty voided. Practically speaking, these mods will not cause your engine to blow up.

    Q: What's the warranty?
A: K&N has a 1,000,000 mile warranty (yes that's one million), Devil's Own and Unichip carries the usual one year warranty against factory defects.

    From K&N's FAQ (USA)

    9. Will installing a K&N performance intake system void my factory warranty?

Most K&N air intake systems are warranted for 1,000,000 miles which exceeds the warranty offered on the original factory intake system.

The installation of an air intake system should not void your factory warranty. It is never a bad idea to contact your local dealership and ask them before purchasing the new K&N system whether they will object. If they tell you an air intake system will void your vehicle warranty, please contact us and we will speak with the dealership directly to clear up the misunderstanding. Another idea would be to contact a different dealer who may have a different policy since many dealerships actually sell K&N intake systems.

As an additional level of comfort, we also offer our Consumer Protection Pledge. It takes customer service to an even higher level by giving you confidence that when you buy K&N you get on-going support from a team of professionals who will talk directly to dealerships to resolve any questions that may come up.
Thanks for this information. Very helpful.

You will still get performance gains with the power package on the 1.6L engine BUT the actual HP gains may be smaller. So if you would count amount of money spent versus HP gained, it may not be worth it (as compared to doing the same mods with a 2.0L engine).

I suggest asking around to check who has done engine mods for the Lancer EX 1.6L and what HP gains they achieved. Mods like UNICHIP are expensive for most people's wallets so it would be better to wait a bit for some hard info on performance options before doing it yourself. One good place to check is MitsuLancer forum.

Off the bat, I might suggest Shell V-Power Nitro+ Race because I had have good gains using it in my last project car but I have no hard numbers yet with my ASX. I just switched fuels and need some dyno tuning time to see if I do gain some HPs with it. Previously the ASX was tuned to use Total's regular unleaded gas.

LOL! ... In that case, it can be done but it may take a whole day to do the install and tune the car. Best to check with Ferman of Speedlab for an appointment.

I'm actually on Shell's Fuel Save Unleaded. I've tried that V-Power and I always felt the need to give it a go, resulting in poor FC.

I suggest to have your tires/wheels re-balanced again.

Other possible source of vibration... assuming your suspension is 100% okay, the tire itself might be defective. The thread has come loose and slightly expands outward when at speed. This happened to me in the early 90s.

It's also possible one of the balancing weights have come off, especially if they are clip-on type and you have hit a pot-hole (or similar) in a hard manner.

balancing, not alignment, ang standard scope of work pag nagpapalit ng wheels/tires

*optimus, pa wheel balance mo na din para ma isolate na yung wheels mo. mag pa wheel alignment pag uneven yung tire wear mo or hindi na diretso yung steering wheel

May nabibili ba nun clip na yun? sira na kasi yung isa ko..
