2008-2013 Mitsubishi Lancer EX GLX / GLS / MX / GT / GTA [continued]

Binasa ko maigi mga forums dito since I'm also shopping around for a new car, and I'm currently leaning towards a Lancer EX. Concern ko lang cguro yung resale value since it doesn't seem like a popular car on the street. Bihira lang po ako makakita ng ganito, in a metro saturated with Citys and Vioses.

On the other hand, you people have convinced me na sobrang daming customize options in that I might not need to resell it at time appropriate (or at all). I'm not the kind who customizes cars though, pero malay natin baka mahiligan ko rin in the future.

Currently I'm stuck between the Lancer EX, Honda City and Civic, still weighing options (New Civic has bad international reviews, wonder why). Historically Hondas are preference ng family, but this time ako ang "decider"

I have no plans to sell my lancer so i dont care about resale values. Ito ung type na car na pwede mo ipamana sa anak mo.

Wala pa atang 2nd hand market for the 1.6 ex kasi bagong labas palang so no idea on its value yet. But im quite sure its resale will be better than the korean brands.

The Lancer EX (especially after you have modded it to your preference) is the type of car that you would love to look back at it as you walk away because it simply looks very very good. It is a car with a rare body design that will still look good many years after the model has stopped selling.

Hi mga sirs! Not sure if natanong na to before, but for the glx owners, saan kayo nagpapa-black-out nung front bumper sa may grill for the gt-a look? Or talagang palit ng buong bumper yun? Start ko ng bihisan yung Fortis ko, nagtatampo na eh hehe

If just to black out the nose, you can either have it stickered or painted flat black. Ako nagpasticker lang dun sa nagssticker ng mga motor. Why? Mura e. Dun sa Banawe nagpaquote ako ginto ata sticker dun 950 quote sa nose lang. While dun samin nagsticker sa mga motor 350 lang.

Pinakamurang paraan is DIY with a Bosny (worth 90 pesos), thats what Payps did. That is if you are willing to DIY. Or your hubby perhaps? :D

You can also go for plastidip/plastiwrap para kung feel mo din na iblack out ang emblems mo along with the B pillar of your windows.

But if you like the whole GTA/Ralliart bumper not just the blacked out nose-- Chrome border, flat bottom, aggressive fog lights, etc. Then palit bumper na talaga yan.

Pero what you could do is check some car selling sites kung magkano ang bentahan dun then compare. Kung kumpara dun eh mura siya, good buy na yan kasi pinsan mo mayari kilala mo at siguro alam mo kung alaga or not. pero kung seaman yan I guess hindi masyadong laspag unless may ibang gumagamit while he is away.

Ahh. Kasi ang sabi nya din sakin nung nag pa appraise sya eh 780k p daw ang price so since pinsan nya daw ako 600k nlng. Hehe. Tsaka battery pa lang din naman daw ang napapalitan nya dun and halis pang service nya lang din yung sasakyan. Since na engr yun eh muka namang alaga din yung sasakyan nya. Ayway sir, thanks! Sa Clifford bodykits meron yan sir. Old gta chin yan 2pc then nilagyan ng center lip. 4k with paint yung 2pc chin then 2k yung center.

Sir mike... May nagbebenta sa akin na oem gta chin/fangs na mura... Magkano kaya papintura nun? White po kasi ang akin... Painted black nmn po yung binebenta... Ok lang ba na maglagay ako nun ng wala pang side skirt? And pwede din ba ipalipat yung plate holder sa gilid ng bumper?

Eto ata yung fangs na nasa MLPH FS thread ah hehe Ok na un siguro then papaint nun baka 1k-1.5k. Yung plate holder bibili ka ng side plate holder talaga, meron si Clifford fabricated nila tingin ko gawa sa fiber glass or yung HC Racing na brand which is plastic (eto ang gamit ko), 3.5k kay Garage One free install.

IMO, parang d bagay yung chin ng walang skirt hehe Itabi mo muna then isabay mo nlng install and paint pag nagapgawa ka na sideskirt at spoiler.

Dito lang sa area namin. You can find one nearest you sa dami ng nagmomotor ngayon dami na ding ganayng decals shop sa tabi tabi Basta flat black ah, wag glossy black, unless un ang gusto mo.
