I was doing some biking last night to burn some calories and to tire myself for a better quality of sleep. I noticed , even though it was windy, the air was a bit uncomfortably warm and sticky. [emoji2419]. Not that I'm complaining pero Parang balik summer Lang.

Naglakad ako katirikan ng araw and now I have a terrible headache. I checked my BP and the monitor kept going up until 200, I was so scared because usually when I take my BP it would deflate na at 160 or 140 siguro but NEVER 200, thankfully it went down naman to 116/80. Phew!

Kawawa may asthma ngayon kasi extreme change of weather

And just like that, after days of sweltering heat we are greeted to a Monday morning of heavy downpour.

And it's traffic everywhere. I have to pick up my former boss in one of the places I hate the most (Acacia Estates). Their house is super nice and accessible na sa BF - moving from BF to Acacia, parang pinahirapan sarili nila

    Sana magkabagyo ulit...

AURORA'S HEAT EASES BUT REMAINS WITHIN THE DANGER LEVEL🥵

Although mainit talaga sa Aurora but 60 degrees is quite incredible.

Heat index is perceived temperature, quite simply how one feels it so there are factors which can increase or decrease it, such as humidity, wind speeds, time of day, etc. in addition to observed actual temperature as measured by a thermometer.
