the formula is somewhat tedious, to the un-initiated.
    thus the table.

for ease of use, they made a heat index table, quite similar to the multiplication table of our youth.
on the horizontal axis is the increasing temperature as measured by a thermometer.
on the y axis is the decreasing humidity, as measured probably by a humidity meter.
generally, as humidity or temperature, or both, increase, the heat index also increases.

    bottomline,
i guess it means that we feel hotter as humidity increases, and cooler as humidity decreases.

Is heat index AKA "feels like" sa mga weather app?

Kino-compute nga. They just put in "feels like" sa app because its more understandable to the layman than "heat index". Other term used is "wind chill" especially during cold weather.

It's computed based on actual temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed.

Baha din the usual sa Manila... Espana, Dapitan, Lacson. Traffic was backed up along Q Ave from West Ave to Araneta Underpass.

Nasabayan ng high tide yung baha..

Dati ko pa sinabi imposible hindi magbaha dun sa araneta underpass

Once tumaas ang water level ng ilog (ung sa tabi ng honda quezon ave) the flood in the underpass will match the water level of the river

Ung notorious na baha sa talayan area like retiro

You dig an underpass sa quezon ave that matches the street level of retiro

Parang naglagay ka ng retiro sa quezon ave
