    It's really no wonder why even well off people are leaving the PH. Pati air quality sablay, and that is something you cannot escape, just like traffic. Marami ako kilala na may asthma/allergy sa PH pero pag dating sa ibang bansa hindi na inaatake.

    One thing I noticed sa US ang sarap huminga, ramdam na ramdam talaga difference sa Manila (asked my close friends and they feel the same din)

    how large was that bato, daw?
    obviously, sinadyang linagay sa loob.
    ...how many months' or years' worth of cctv will they review kaya...?

    decades ago,
    i was at carriedo, and it started raining hard.
    i actually saw this guy make pasak some rags and stuff into the drainage of the place,
    obviously to make it flood so they can earn some money with their makeshift tulay.

    They said the last strong rain before last Saturday didn't flood that area. So they will review from that date to last Saturday. The rock is a bit bigger than basketball.
