    I would have been more confident if it were the MS...

    But I was driving the GS which in my perception is lower, having a smaller wheel.

    Tingin ko nasawsaw ang fog lamps ko...

    Worse, annoying noise when I brake....

    Okay na rin dahil mas madaling linisin ang GS... Kaunti lang ang talsik sa tagiliran...

    The wife called home just to tell me to do some yard work. It's 2 pm and 111F (44C) outside. Yeah, right. Forget it. Maybe at 5 pm. There's twilight until 9 pm anyway.

    Probably just joking around because I can hear giggling in the background. She knows I get grouchy with such requests. She must be at one of her Pinay friend's house. I guess this is what she meant by "work" on a Saturday.

    In the meantime, I'll be resuming my siesta. ;)

    Both my wife and the kids are looking at me with puzzled expressions. I told them to bring sweaters (and pants) because summers at the California Central Coast are cool and chilly. The locations there might hit upper 60's F for a few hours and then gradually start dropping back down to 50 F at night. I lived there for a number of years. But, they don't seem to want to believe me. Fine. But, I'll be pissed if they turn on the heater (at the motel) at night.

    I'm laughing inside when they started talking about swimming at the beach. Brrrr.
