    Buong Isabela ba lubog? I just ordered rice from Isabela sa shopee, naka chat ko pa seller and she was able to ship out yesterday (Santiago City) Nagulat ako when I saw the photos of Isabela. OT lang but Isabela has the BEST rice pala!!!

    Dam mismanagement? MWSS gets blame for massive flooding in Marikina, other Metro Manila cities | Bilyonaryo


    When Ulysses made landfall in Metro Manila Thursday (November 12), its heavy rains caused a chain reaction in dam system. MWSS had no choice but to release water from Angat Dam to Ipo Dam, and then to La Mesa Dam.

    “It was already too late when MWSS realized what was happening. Marikina wasn’t affected by heavy rainfall, yet the water level of Marikina River breached Ondoy’s levels in terms of flooding. Obviously, the water came from La Mesa dam,” one Babbler said.

    Marikina River’s water level breached the 21.5-meter it reached during Ondoy at the height of Typhoon Ulysses. Even Marikina Mayor Marcelino Teodoro was shocked at the rapid rise of the river’s water level because the local government’s forecast showed the volume of rains

    See. If they released even just a few meters of water it would have mitigated the flooding. Spilling level na pala halos di pa naisipan magbawas.

    Appoint pa more ng ex-generals.

    galing tayo sa water shortage

    nag iipon ng tubig mode tayo

    tapos ung matagal mong hinihintay na tubig ire-release mo? thinking there's a lot of rain coming

    pano kung mali sugal mo

    pano kung nag release ka ng tubig tapos di dumating ung ulan

    so pag kinulang ang tubig sa dry season 2021 sisisihin ung release ng tubig noong Q4 2020

    hirap ng trabaho nila

    They have the people, technical know how, history, data.

    Paulit ulit lang na better to err on the side of caution kesa ngayon na wala silang ginawa mas lalong maraming namatay at nasirang properties.

    Bakit halos lahat ng appoint ng devil na duterte na yan puro general. I hate him!!!!

    BTW Nov 11 yung bagyo bakit ngayon lang lumalabas photos and videos ng devastation sa cagayan at isabela?
