    7:30 am and the temperature is already 90F. At my uncle's place, 90F would be the high temperature of the day.

    Now, my wife says maybe we should move back to Upstate New York. That qualifies for my first facepalm of the day.

    Nothing better to do on a Saturday. But, comparing same time, different locations feels fun. The time was 6:48 PM. Locations: northern Arizona and Manila. It really gets darker earlier the closer it is to the Equator.

    It's worrisome to see the dangerously low water level at Lake Mead/Hoover Dam. Abandoning our house in Arizona for greener pastures has occurred to me before. I really would like to move back to Upstate New York.
