Wake up call. Have you had a physical done lately? Once you hit 40, you need to be on top of your health.

If you keep climbing those stairs every day, you won't be feeling so out of breath....eventually.

You mean by hand? Looking at photos of you, I'd be surprised if you didn't rip them (the laundry) apart, especially the ones with skid marks. I would hate washing my own clothes by hand. Yuk.

It's never too late. It's better to start now rather than wait until food/health restrictions force you to exercise. Then, it really would suck.

Medyo disappointed. Saw an ad on Facebook about the upcoming facelifted D-Max. Akala ko dadalhin na nila yung Euro IV 3.0. I'm not even expecting the 1.9 to arrive lol.

Pero at least may added features na to justify the price.

I always look at calories like money, the more you earn by working out, the more you can eat, if you burn 4000 a day, youll have the luxury of eating upto 3500 as long as most of it is clean...leave around 10-15% for junk like a chocolate bar which i have daily or the occasional donut..

I always look at calories like money, the more you earn by working out, the more you can eat, if you burn 4000 a day, youll have the luxury of eating upto 3500 as long as most of it is clean...leave around 10-15% for junk like a chocolate bar which i have daily or the occasional donut..

It doesn't help that I have a ref for chocolates/cookies/candies. I read somewhere that you shouldn't stock up on junk food.

I have a trick, i have a bag of tootsie rolls, i just eat a piece after lunch, it stays long in the mouth, after one, the cravings go away, only 23calories.

Just US and local chocolates. I always have stock of my favorites. It is also what I usually give when I visit someone (doctor, casa, friends etc)

BTW what is with men at the gym and snickers? There's this guy at the gym who had 6 pack abs, he eats it all the time. He likes to take off his shirt and his abs are like a magnet to women's eyes! He is quite popular at the gym. One time he talked to me, I think he saw that I work out for 2 hrs 5 days a week and little progress I saw his old picture and he used to be fat! Not obese, just fat. But WOW! I could not believe the transformation. He would not share with me what supplement he took, e bakit kaya binanggit pa niya! hahaha.

If you eat clean most of the time, works out and burns 3000 calories a day, a snickers bar with 240c equates just less than 10% of your caloric intake, ang tagal kasi kainin, unlike if you eat a donut, la pang 1 min, ubos na, on a snickers bar, i take my time, small bites, takes 5-10mims...btw...if you eat sensibly you dont need supplimentation to gain(muscle) or lose(fat)...
