if the only reason that we wouldn't ban him now is because he would just come back in another name, then there's nothing that prevents us from banning him again, and again.
we are all decent people here where bastard like him has no place.
we have rules. and what these rules for but for people like him. people here are toeing the line; following these rules. most of the time by heart. there should be no exception. no sacred cow. more so if those people who are guilty are just trolling.

Who counts other members infractions and movements?
