If you eat clean most of the time, works out and burns 3000 calories a day, a snickers bar with 240c equates just less than 10% of your caloric intake, ang tagal kasi kainin, unlike if you eat a donut, la pang 1 min, ubos na, on a snickers bar, i take my time, small bites, takes 5-10mims...btw...if you eat sensibly you dont need supplimentation to gain(muscle) or lose(fat)...
