Kags, eto pala ang tingin ko ideal, yung hindi isagad yung structure sa lot. Dapat may space talaga kahit man lang isang dipa, basta wag nakadikit. Pansin ko kahit sa mga magagandang bahay sa youtube may iba nakasagad wall.

Building Code requires the house to have certain distance from the fence if the house doesn’t have firewall. I think at least 2 meters. If maliit lupa mo, liliit din house. If mag firewall ka, pangit naman, so better isagad mo na firewall mo sa fence.

In our village, easement is 2 meters on both sides and the back, with the eaves at least a meter from the lot boundaries.

Firewall only on one side and can be on the lot boundary, but a maximum length of 6 meters only.

I agree with kagalingan that your garage should comfortably accommodate all of your intended rides, not use the street as your additional parking spaces. Deym!

Problem is, at least in our village, people will build for only 2 cars, then (worst scenario) use 1 slot for their resting area. Then the 5 extra cars parked outside. Sarap dunggulin...
