Building Code requires the house to have certain distance from the fence if the house doesn’t have firewall. I think at least 2 meters. If maliit lupa mo, liliit din house. If mag firewall ka, pangit naman, so better isagad mo na firewall mo sa fence.

In our village, easement is 2 meters on both sides and the back, with the eaves at least a meter from the lot boundaries.

Firewall only on one side and can be on the lot boundary, but a maximum length of 6 meters only.

I agree with kagalingan that your garage should comfortably accommodate all of your intended rides, not use the street as your additional parking spaces. Deym!
