Sariling sikap kasi ito Sir Max, so mga taga rito sa amin na mga old school workers ang gamit ko, my mistake was to trust that they knew what they were doing, hindi pala man lang tinignan ung plano so may mga dowel where they were not needed and none where they should be. So no need to worry pala ako na the dowel exposed to soil will rust enough to creep inside my post and eat my column reinforcements. [emoji26]

Thanks Sir Max, Yung footing ko I made sure we placed 3" spacers, which reminds me na dapat pala ma check ko if I still have spacers, baka short cut nila at pakyaw kasi 🤨

Here I am again masters [emoji3] May I hear your opinions regarding pouring the second floor slab in sections? I reckon, we can pour the entire second floor in 6 working days at the most using just a bagger concrete mixer. This is a backup plan if the cost of ready mix will be prohibitive due to subdivision restrictions, mainly big concrete mixer trucks and pump crete are no longer allowed. That leaves me with small trucks and probably a hose requiring additional labor on my part. I've done the math and there is a safe 20% savings on manual pouring. But how are the pouring sections divided? Or where should I "splice"? Thanks

Kung walang spare tire, invest on a Inflator kaysa sa sealant. Inflate the flat tire +10 psi than...
